Date of transaction May 25, 2023. Order number CB-******. Paid a total of ****** for Sombrero Vaquero 10,000X Horma ******* Ala de 4" item number WD-662. The product arrived damaged. Called vendor they said I had to file a complaint with **** I did and a few months later I called *** to get update. *** confirmed that they sent a check to the vendor and that the vendor then needed to reimburse me directly. I called the vendor multiple times and they said that the manager was going to give me call. I called several times for several weeks and the customer service representative said the same thing. *** said they sent the check in ***** Tracking number is 1Z0V15310328473629.Initial Complaint

I purchases a sombrero from them 11/21/2022 for $153.14. From the moment I placed the order I tried sending them messages on WhatsApp, email and called to try to cancel the order. They told me o had to wait until I received the order in order to be able to exchange the sombrero. They sent me the wrong size and I called when I received the package and they will not refund or exchange the wrong item.
