Monday, July 29th we moved across our town from a rented apartment to a house we bought. The movers were clearly not professional, arrived in an unmarked truck, and immediately started complaining about the stairs in our unit - which were disclosed at the time of booking. The movers did not have any of the materials that were mentioned at the time of moving, and were wreckless with our things, causing excessive damage to our furniture, newly bought home, walls, deck, and floors that were in pristine condition prior to their entry into our new home. This moving experience was devastating and will incur more than $2000 worth of expenses to rectify, and the company merely offered a $100 discount on a $1020 move. Their customer care appeared apathetic and did not respond to my concerns about the movers during the move itself nor the claim I hoped to make against allegedly bonded movers. This has caused extreme distress and it is our belief that others should not have to experience this complete lack of service and professionalism when paying for allegedly professional movers. We are currently in the process of pursuing a suit in small claims court. Thank you for your help holding this business accountability,
