I ordered a pie from High Hill on September 27, 2023. I paid for Expedited Shipping and when i checked out online it said the Pie would be delivered On September 30, 2023. They charged my credit card for the purchase on September 27, 2023 for $51.77. I still do not have the pie and today is October 7th and the order status online says "awaiting processing". I have emailed them twice with no response. When I call their contact number no one answers and it says the voice mailbox is full. I reached out to them on ******** and they said they would have a manager call me. I have heard nothing from them and am at a loss for what to do next. At this point, I would like them to refund the $51.77 to my credit card.Customer response

I received the product today in the mail. Please cancel my complaint and there is no need for a refund from the company.Thank you,*********************************
