I contacted my leasing office by the portal for a maintenance request on 5/26/2023 regarding possible rodents in my walls. No one came out to look at it and it wasn't until I checked on the portal some time later, that they "completed" the order. When I said that I never had anyone come by and check for me, they said they put it as complete because that's the pest controls job and they don't do that. When I mentioned that the pest control never reached out to me, the representative on the phone whose name is *************************, gave me an sass and said, "well you know that they come every Thursday." Based on his statement and it now being 6/13/2023, there have been two different Thursdays that have come and gone and no one has reached out. I asked to speak to the manager around 6/2/2023. I left a voicemail. I was informed she was going to return Monday and I also stated to contact me Monday when I knew she was in. Never got a call and called and again around 6/5-6/6 for a follow up. Never got a hold of anyone and left another voicemail asking for the property manager. Called a third time today (6/13/2023) and that is when ****** answered with his remark.Initial Complaint

We rented the ********* since Feb. 1, 2016 and moved out on Jan. 31, 2022. Days before we moved out, we were specifically instructed about the deep cleaning is not required since we stayed in the same unit for past 6 years and the carpet replacement and paint job will be performed as the unit will be undergone a renovation. Soon after we moved out, we received a final move-out **** with specific items regarding to Carpet Cleaning and Professional Cleaning charge.I pointed out that this is not our responsibility since the carpet will be replaced and the entire unit is to be renovated. Specifically we were NOT asked to perform such deep cleaning.The management then stated that both are "Standard Move-Out charges".Again, I pointed out that there is no mention in the lease agreement about this "Standard Move-Out charges" and no one ever mentioned this "Standard Move-Out charges" before we moved out. we believe this is a bad business practice and attempt to scam the customers.We demand the **** adjustment and remove those charges but the company stopped talking to us and no further communication to resolve this issue.Please help.Business response
