I placed an order with this company after seeing an advertisement for their student-athlete ******* on Instagram. I placed the order on Monday 9/2 and received an email indicating they had received my order. That was the end of the communication. I received no update, no shipping information, confirmation of movement toward shipping, tracking number, etc. I emailed the company multiple times and also messaged them via the Shop App. I became concerned when (1) I received no reply (2) a post on the Shop App indicated another customer who had ordered the product a month ago and never received it and never heard back and (3) when I looked deeper at the posts on Instagram, I realized that there were no comments related to people who had received the product and that many of the "likes" were from the same people over and over again. This has led me to believe that this company is fraudulent. If not, their customer service is poor to the point that I would simply like a refund and will order a planner from a different, and reputable, source. Any follow up that you could pursue would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm hoping this will prevent others from similar negative experiences. Thank you.Business response

We're more than happy to refund ******* for her order.
She had placed an order on September 2nd, 2024. On the Product Page for the Student-Athlete Planner, we have listed that the item is currently on back order, and to expect delays in Shipment. That product page can be viewed here - *************************************************************************
We replied to her customer inquiry informing her about the back order and the delay in shipment, then refunded her for her shipment cost due to the back order and delay. We're more than happy to refund her, but we we're waiting on her reply to confirm that's how she wanted to proceed after refunding the shipment.
We are going to refund her whole purchase at this point, and still send her the Student-Athlete Planner.
We sincerely apologize for the delays on our end, and we try to inform all of our customers about shipment delays and backorders. You only can control so many things with inventory, and we want to serve our customers with the best products for their athletes.
