I recently had my car fixed with this body shop. They were recommended by Gieco since I was in an accident (front side damage) and needed my car fixed. October 23rd, I bring my car to get fixed. December 01, my car was complete. They were paid $4200 for their poor job and took them over a month to get it done. Just the tip of the iceberg. Three weeks later (December 23rd) my car stop running, and my mother-in-law was stuck on the highway. It was towed back to this company, and they stated there was a transmission issue and that the issue had nothing to do with the work they did. The accident was in the front of the car, where the transmission was located. And they claimed that the accident that happened the transmission was fine, yet they did not do ANY diagnostic testing to confirm that the transmission was fine when the car first came in. The diagnostic testing came after they were paid $4200 dollars for some poor repair work from them. Not only did they claim that it was no fault of their own they tried to make me pay for the tow to get my car back! Like, I dont have insurance! They tried to bully me via email and told me I cant get my car until I pay $410 CASH. Really???, you dont take credit and you just want cash? Very fishy business with poor work ethic and terrible communication skills. Last email the guy from the company sends me is sorry, ***** will be paying for the tow. Yea I know ****** like I told you before! This place has VERY poor service and they will not investigate your car fully before just fixing what they can see and send you on your way with a broken car. I blame ***** too for recommending this company. I mean they are supposed to be the experts in this type of stuff, and they send me to these deceitful peopleBusiness response

Hello when customer picked up vehicle they were very happy with the repairs, the car was QC the car passed qc and customer took delivery, drove it for three weeks and transmission decided to stop working at ******* miles, customer was told that we would scan vehicle to see what was wrong with transmission as there was no damage from the accident to ************** shop said it was the solenoid which is located inside the transmission which is not accident related. The insurance company will not pay for this because motor or transmission didn't have any impact in the accident. The customer is asking for a full refund, there is nothing wrong with the work that was done on the vehicle, he is talking about a separate item , the transmission that went bad. We would not be willing to refund him any money at this time. He does have a lifetime warranty on the work that we did on his vehicle and if there is ever a problem with the work that we did and were paid for we would take care of it no problem at no charge. We are a certified shop for USAA, FARMERS, STATE FARM, GEICO, ALLSTATE, NATIONWIDE, ESURANCE and a few more, and have been in ***** for over 35 years doing business.
