      I had the worst experience ever. Since buying my 2016 Dodge Challenger at this dealership, all service has been performed here. On April 11th I came in again for an Oil change, after waiting an unbearable 3 hrs. I went to check the service rep (not the same I checked in with) I heard him whisper to another "he is checked in as a drop off". After another I was finally ready and the service rep I did check in with, lied to my face that work got backed up....

      *******, my service advisor, was friendly, courteous and professional. They listened to my concerns, addressed all the issues, performed the necessary repairs to bring my Jeep back peak performance.

      Great service as usual! Service writer **** was welcoming, efficient and quickly got me in and out. Techs in lube bay were very conscientious. I watched them from customer lounge and saw that they worked efficiently and seemed to be knowledgeable in completing each step of the maintenance procedure. Liked that they double checked their work before buttoning it up. Talked with service manager *** afterwards and complimented him on his crew.

      Switched to Pedder from *************************** for service of my Wrangler. The staff at Pedder service department has been outstanding for the past 3 years Ive used them. Friendly, attentive and very efficient. Highly recommended.

      My auxiliary and engine battery were replaced and covered under warranty even though my warranty was officially expired by about a week and a half. This saved me about $800, which was a welcomed and unexpected outcome.

      I had a flat tire and the tow company told me my spare wouldn't fit. After getting tires I called and spoke with the ************** manager who asked me to bring my truck down and the spare would be looked at. Same day I went down and was seen within 10 - 15 minutes of arriving. My spare is just fine and is the correct space saver type spare for my truck. I am very happy with the immediate response to my inquiries about the spare. The entire staff has always been courteous and professional when I'm there for service but this experience deserves the compliment more than any other visit. ****************** and I appreciate it especially since I was not insulted or laughed at for making the inquiry. Thank you so much for the excellent service with my 2019 Ram ****.************

      The service providers at Pedder are great at what they do. All of the services performed on my vehicle were clearly explained and my service agent was able to answer any questions I had. We are still currently working through an issue with my Jeep. The Service Agent has been very responsive via Text and letting me know what steps we'll take next to resolve the issue. I feel that I am in very good hands with Pedder, which is a lot more than I can say for other Dodge/Jeep dealers in the county. I don't mind driving out of my way to take my vehicle someplace I can trust to do good work! - 2018 3L Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk

      Took my car in for a leaking coolant pipe on a Monday. They said they could have it done by the end of the week. I reached out to my service advisor on Thursday looking for an update and didn't get a response. Tried on Friday and didn't get a response until end of the day saying it won't be ready and "trying to get it out by tomorrow lol". Didn't hear from them Saturday. I reached out Monday and they said it's being worked on and again trying to get it out by tomorrow. I told them if it wasn't ready by Wednesday I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the following Friday since I was traveling for a week. The service advisor said "No problem, I'll have it ready and washed". Friday rolls around and I show up to get the car it's not ready. No call or text saying it wasn't ready. He told me that since I said I couldn't be there until the following Friday they pushed my car out after it was supposedly already being worked on the previous week. They put me in a rental car and give me no ETA on when it will be ready. I reach out every day from that Friday and never get a call back, only a text saying something along the lines of we're trying to get it out today. Rental is only good through Tuesday and I had to reach out to them to see if they were extending my rental car. Car still isn't ready and I haven't gotten an honest answer from anyone there about when it will be ready. I called the service department multiple times with no answer. I had my girlfriend call right after me to see if they were picking up the phone and they answered right away. Absolute zero customer service here and I have no idea where my car is still.
