The date of the transaction was on June 6th 2023. I purchased product on line priced at $ **** shipping free, the ad said. was charged $***** , when you click to purchase there is a box to click on that says subcribe and save, I did not subcribe. I was still added to there subcribe list and charged $39.95 07/06/2023 and again on 8/06/2023. I called and spoke to a lady named *****. I told her I did not give my permission to take any funds out of my account and that it was illegal to do this and then and then ask for my money back, ***** told me she could only return $ ***** To me. that is crazy. if you look this company up you will fine that a lot of other customers of their's say the same story as mine. Pleas help me get my money back from these crooks. I believe I am owed the full amount of $ ***** because the product was only $ **** and I was charged ***** and it was free shippingInitial Complaint

Oct. 2022 Internet advertisement. Bought a flopping fish cat toy for $9.95 was charged $19.95. The next 2 or 3 months I was charged $39.95 on that same credit card for a subscription for Kitchensaves which I never asked for or signed up for. When I researched the website I find that $29.95 is their subscription fee, but just like the fish toy they add a $10.00 fee for some reason. This is definitely some kind of a scam. I never put in for a ridiculous subscription that does nothing but bills you.Business response

Thank you for contacting us and providing us the opportunity to settle any misunderstandings. Hopefully, this information can alleviate some of the confusion that is leading to this complaint.When the flying fishie pet toy was purchased, prior to submitting your order there is a box listed explaining the membership, you would have had to check off the box for it to be added to your order. This is a membership that is offered, where you get tons of products at a very discounted price. We do show an email into customer support on January 28, 2023 requesting to cancel, which this was done. The confirmation of cancellation is C-*******. I have also gone ahead and issued two full refunds for you.
