Around March *****, 2024, I submitted an online web inquiry on a Small Bronze package of aluminum jump standards (and all of the small bronze package items). I received an email reply from JB Horse Standards on April 1, 2024 on my jumps order inquiry and for the next days (April 1, 2024 thru April 5, 2024) I corresponded back and forth with ***************************** at JB Horse Standards to ask questions and figure out exactly what I was going to order and to solidify a plan. ******** and his team sent an Invoice for a Small Bronze aluminum package plus 5 cavalettis and an extra wave pole, plus a fairly hefty shipping fee. In his email on April 5, 2024 he said if I paid in full that day (his email came in the afternoon on that Friday, and I did not see it until the next day, Saturday morning) my order could ship out in 5-7 days. If I wasnt ready to order yet, he said it was ok and it would just add on a few extra days. He said everything for my order was in stock. I submitted the payment (in full) via the business web link from my personal checking account on the morning of April 6, 2024 and it cleared my bank that Monday April 8, 2024. After I submitted the payment, communications back from ******** and JB Horse Standards stopped. It took over two weeks to get confirmation that my payment had been received. I was finally able to reach ******** via his phone on April 23, 2024. He said a personal life situation had come up that made him be away from his computer and email. He assured me that the shop was up in full swing and that my order was being prepared. He also confirmed that my payment had been received. Since this time I have been led on a few times that my order was almost ready. Multiple times he had me re-tell the colors I had picked for the jump poles. As of June 01, 2024 none of the ordered items have been received and my money has not been refunded.Initial Complaint

I made a $4,000 down payment on horse stall equipment to be manufactured by this company, on March 6th. The business no longer answers phone calls, their business phone number does not accept messages, they do not reply to emails, and even phone calls and texts to the owner's personal phone are not responded to for three and a half weeks. My order was supposed to be delivered by now.
