I've order several times. Each time (except the first couple of times) has been an issue. The last time I ordered, I received half of my order, was given other makeup to make up for what was lost, I agreed to whatever because it took MONTHS to get that! And this time was the final straw! I've tried and tried giving this company chances but today I received a package and I'm furious! I figured everything would be broken because 5 makeup palettes were shipped in a tiny bubble mailer so I decided to record and show the world how this company goes business. Anyways, when I opened it, one palette was already opened and finger prints are all in this palette. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I'm requesting my money back from this company for the orders they've messed up, the times they've refused to respond and give me my money back, and now for sending me used products. I placed an order with this Business on July 19,2022 ( Order #*****), I received confirmation of that order on said date. On July 27, I sent an email wanting to know if my order had been shipped and the response was that my order will be fulfilled soon and tracking will be sent to my email address. On August 2, 2022 I received another email stating that my order was being prepared and being sent via **** Priority Mail and to allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated. I also received a 2nd email on August 2, 2022 with the following tracking number **** **** **** **** ******. On August 6,2022 I sent another email because the package had not shipped within 4 days. The response was that sorry for the delay and inconvenience that they were working on orders as quickly as possible and that it would be going out shortly. Again on August 10, 2022 I sent another email asking why there has been a label created for 8 days but the package has not been shipped. The response was thank you for contacting us your order is currently in pre shipment getting ready to be sent out. Your tracking will be updated once your order is shipped and scanned. I have been back and forth with this company via email with 20 different emails and still the package has not been shipped. I requested a refund and on August 25,2022 the company stated that my order was processed so they cannot cancel it per their policy and regulations on their website. Still Currently today August 30, 2022 the tracking shows only label created and not shipped. I want a complete refund for this order that they have never shipped and only took my money for. This is unacceptable Business practice and behavior. And I want this Business to have strike on their record with BBB and I want my comments printed for all to see that nobody should ever order from this company.
