            Around December 9th I took my car in for an issue with the key fob getting stuck in the ignition. I was quoted around $550. After dropping my car off they never called me back. 2 weeks later I contacted them and asked if my car was done. They said that they changed the ignition module but I would need to buy a new key in order to be able to drive it home. I had no choice but to pay the $300. Never got a call back until I called them a week later. When I picked the car up, I drove home and the key was stuck. Went back to dealership within 15 minutes and left my car so they could look at it. Another week went by and i went in to find they "fixed it". Got home and key was still stuck. Took my car back and asked for a rental car. The rental car wasn't full of gas like the contract stated, had a hole on floor board and smelled of cigarettes. They called me a week later and stated that I needed to buy a shifting console that was around $700. I asked them why they didn't check that at first when I stated the car isn't registering that it's in park. I talked to the mechanic and he said that he told the desk lady "******" that he would need to replace it but she never relayed that information to me. The manager has only contacted me once and said he won't give me a discount or refund or proof that the ignition console was actually replaced. He has refused to contact me again since beginning of ********* ******* has been telling other customers about me and slandering my name to other customers and employees.

            So Monday August 19th, the service manager "SY" decided to come out and tell me "Since nothing we do pleases you, please do not come back" Weeks after purchasing my car from ************ the sister site of Dodge. To get my stop start battery replaced and the wheel hub thing reprogramed. Complaints after getting car back: GREASE all over my new vehicles headliner. Trim in back of car was not secure, seat belt clip trim broken. Key fobs would not work. Rubber seal on back hatch broken and not put back correctly. See photo's Second time in...... *********** manager at the time *** assured me he was going to reset the fobs, and CLEAN the mess they made up.Complaints after getting it back: Nothing fixed.Husbands new car now.First time in backup camera was changed from full screen during an auto body shop repair, and now it also has backup lines. We were told nothing was wrong with it.Complaint: Nothing was done even though we have photos of what it used to look like and emailed that photo to ****** when she worked there. Second time in...Water pump out, *** again did a great job. After a small learning issue about the deductible of the warranty on car purchased from ************. Complaint: The backup camera was still not addressed correctly. They know it is not normal and passed the **** onto us to call the stereo manufacturer to finish the job and figuring out a setting or something.Battery was put in at ************ complimentary after purchase as the car battery died within months. So back and forth with ************ and red Bluff dodge.Complaint: Had the CORRECT battery for stop/ start cars was installed in the first place by **** then the battery would not have had to be replaced. however the battery states warranty void if installed on stop/start vehicle. Ours is stop/start so the battery did not last at all. Even the tech that put the battery in did NOT put the felt cover back over the battery and I stopped him and said something.

            Due to customer being unhappy with anything our store and our sister store did for them we did decide to stop doing business with them. We as a company jumped through every hoop to satisfy customer including giving them free rentals free services and know a free battery. Customer stated she is not happy with anything we do as a company no matter what. At this time, we have decided it may be best for all parties to part ways and have customer seek other dealerships to visit.

            Update to previous comments:The battery supplied by **** for this vehicle was put in over 2 years ago. It was not incorrect it just did not come with a warranty if used in a start stop vehicle. This was a used vehicle the customer purchased. After the customer became out of control and acted out in front of other customers (which is a continuing assurance), we made the decision to supply customer with another free item and asked them to bring their business elsewhere.
