The payment was made on 05/21/2024 *********** asked me for $500 upfront payment before work was to be started. My pool was dirty, with foliage debris in the deep end. The agreement was to clean the pool. this would involve cleaning the foliage debris at the deep end of the pool. cleaning of the pump filters and chemical treatment of the water. In short cleaning the pool from green to clear. Nature *********** took the money and did not finish the job. they ignored calls and pushed cleaning dates back further ignoring the job. the pool cleaning needs to be done in a timely fashion or the pool water will fall into a dirty state. each time they came they would treat the pool then ignore the pool for a week and the pool would fall into the dirty state. It seemed this was done out of malicious. The pool cleaner gave no instructions what i could to to help the proccess. because the lack of cleaning the pool i had to start doing the work my self to prevent the pool from going green. the owner neglected to do the nessisary work to maintain the pools clean state such as brushing the walls and cleaning the pump. the pool was being treated and the owner turned on the pump with out cleaning it dumping all the dirty water back into the pool. pool cleaning professional would know these are things you do not do if you intend on cleaning a pool. this started giving me the notion his intentions were not to clean the pool but to keep it dirty.Trying to resolve the problem:I sent a message and expressed that the lack of communication and the neglect of doing the job was effecting the proccess of the pools state. I asked the owner of the buisness if we could work together and he can give me instructions we could get the work done faster. The owner of the buisness continued to ignore messages and pushing work dates back further and further. Invoice INV0991 05/21/2024 The pool cleaning service is advertised through ****** buisness listings and through there website.
