      I wanted to place a custom order for my wedding for Light up Cowboy Hats. I had some issues during the online chat but once I emailed the details and quantity - the whole experience was fine and prices were reasonable and items were of great quality and arrived on time

      Ordered 12 glow in the dark stretch ***** for ***** .received something Completely different. 12 tiny ***** with fluid in it valued at five dollars and it came via Amazon prime dont order from this company to a scam

      Buyer beware! Our company placed an order on 11/30/23 and received the wrong product. I sent them pictures and it was clear that we were sent and charged for the wrong product. We requested to return the product and were emailed a return label. We sent the product back on December 14th and somehow the box was lost in shipping. I informed them of the lost package and they said they would file a claim. They did nothing so I filed a claim and have not heard anything. We spent $1064.00 on a product we did not receive and they refuse to address the problem. How do companies like this stay in business.

      DO NOT USE!!! I purchased over ***** in items this summer and it is December. When they were unable to fill the order which was a set I told them I didnt want to random pieces. I was told to send it back for a refund. I sent it back and now have been fighting for 3+ months on a refund which I can see they have no desire to give me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      BUYERS BEWARE! 0 STARS! I ordered a lava lamp from this company and have had a completely horrible experience dealing with them. When I contacted to inform them that they sent me a lamp other than what I ordered they basically called me dumb /blind and said that there wasn't a difference when it is clearly nothing like the one pictured on their website, completely different. I even sent pics and videos of what I recieved vs what I ordered. They still told me I was wrong and they were the same product. ANYONE WITH EYES CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE! FAULSE ADVERTISING! I recieved something not even close to what was pictured on their site. Different colors, Different style completely. I showed my husband/ family what I ordered vs what I got, We all agree what I recieved is not even close. Having spent $80 on a lamp I just wanted what I paid for. I did my research online to know exactly what the lamp I ordered was to look like. That added to the insult and showed me it wasn't just an oops that they were willing to fix. He was trying to gaslight me into keeping the product they sent instead of what I wanted/ordered. The person I have been dealing with is just insulting to say the least. The more I correspond the more insulted I feel. They have now been blowing me off for 2 weeks about returning the lamp they sent for a refund.

      I ordered sabor swords for our dance performance and opened the package April 26 to practice and 5 out of the 24 did not light up. Then another one went out. I changed the batteries to see if it was and it was not. The company will not refund my $ 343.00 . I want to ship them all back because I cannot trust the product to work for our performances. They said a 15 day return. it was shipped on April 7. I cannot take a hit for this amount of money especially since I have to now go our and buy 24 more sabor's from a reputable source.

      Customer came on chat on 29-Apr asking for a full refund without showing any proof of defective product and without even offerign to send the product back and as per our shipping policy we do provide customer time for 15ays from the date of delivery to report any damage and defect of the product which this customer never did and opening the order after a month certainly it is not our fault.

      We offered to help this customer by offering her free replacement for defective swords which she denied and at the moment return windo for thie order is closed already.

      MY FIRST PHONE CALL THEY FLAT OUT TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT A RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. I TOLD THEM THAT I COULD NOT COUNT ON THAT PRODUCT TO PERFORM AFTER 5 DID NOT TURN ON. I WANTED TO RETURN THEM.
      ON MY SECOND PHONE CALL THEY REPEATED THE SAME THING THEY WERE RUDE AND NOT UNTIL I TOLD THEM I WOULD GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW AND THAT I WOULD REPORT THEM TO THE BBB DID THEY OFFER THE 5 TO BE RETURNED. THEY SAID I HAVE TO VIDEO THE ENTIRE SABORS TO SHOW THEM PROOF FIRST. ONLY AFTER MY THIRD CALL I TOLD THEM I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND THEY SAID BECAUSE I DID THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT EVEN THE BROKEN ONES BACK. AGAIN RUDE. I FOUND THE SAME SABOR THROUGH WINDY CITY FOR 1/3 THE PRICE. THEY ALSO PRICE GOUGED ME. I AM A SMALL BUSINESS THEY IS TAKING A $343.00 DOLLAR HIT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
