I am filing a complaint against Adirectcremation for unprofessional conduct. Upon the passing of a family member, we engaged their services, but encountered significant issues. Funeral director ******************************* insisted on transmitting sensitive information via insecure email, failed to confirm receipt of essential documents, and displayed a complete disregard for privacy. When expressing our concerns to manager *******************************, her conduct was appallinglacking professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity. Adirectcremation ultimately refused service and threatened storage fees, forcing us to hastily find an ********************* provider. I request a thorough investigation into the actions of Adirectcremation and appropriate action to address this matter.Initial Complaint

I searched for low-cost cremation ***********, and a web page that appears to be by ADirectCremation.com quotes a price of $698. When I called them, they directed me to a web page quoting a price of $850, which is 122% higher. I would like the erroneous web page to be corrected or taken down and the $698 price honored in my case. Bait and switch advertising like this may be in violation of Cal. Code Regs. T** 4, ****** - Bait and Switch Advertising.
