Today I was in a physical altercation a literal fight with their employee ****** at front desk , this was at their reseda location . Police were called and I have an incident number . I was not told at time of signing up that Id be under a contract . I have the email still with their so called contract that has no link or attachment its just a photo . So it should be illegal how theyre doing business. I was told by a worker *************** not able to cancel till may 17 but then also telling me Id be sent to collections if I dont want to pay . I shouldnt have even been allowed at the specific location. Just poor poor customer service and yet no one has even tried to reach out as Ive been trying to contact someone about today . She stepped outside like some ghetto person to fight and that shouldnt be okay . Honestly how is there no solution to having a membership cancelled . The gym is going out of business at this particular location so they just prob stopped caring at this point . Mold all throughout their gym on the walls , been under renovations . They have no stretch room anymore since they dont even own the place . Malfunctioning tread ***** and and broken machines like their stair master step for over weeks now .
