On the evening of January 18, 2023. My daughter and I walked into the Conxion XV & Sweet 16 Boutique. Looking for a 15 dress. We asked to look at magazines, **** didn't give us our space for that. She showed my daughter a dress she is selling and had her try on a dress that is totally different from what she was showing my daughter. I made her aware my daughters 15 is on May 13, 2023. **** promised the dress would arrive in a week if we made adjustments, towards the end of February or at its latest the beginning of March. We were thrilled to hear that from her it was perfect timing. We said, "yes." **** would provide us a 15 dress by the end of the month of February or the beginning of March the latest. **** said when the dress arrives, I would come back to her store to see the 15 dress, pay the remaining balance, measure the dress on my daughter, and take it home. That is the agreement I made with ****. Thats why we said yes. **** told me the price, asked for a deposit of $500.00 or $600.00. I gave her $700.00 deposit on January 18, 2023, evening. Now she changed it all she doesn't know when the dress will arrive wants me to pay the delivery fee $100, tax $100 doll delivery fee $100. Plus, tax $100. Her estimating is $150 but for me she is leaving it at $100. She never mentioned this to me the day I went. I have what she wrote down on a poster card from her store. Receipt with her signature. The balance went from ******** to ********. The problem is she wants me to pay for a dress she doesn't have like we agreed. If I pay for the delivery to be delivered to her store and the dress is not here on time. That will be my problem not hers. This is what I believe is her plan. So, I cancelled when she said she doesn't know when it'll arrive. I told her I want my money back she is refusing to give it back. Changing her versations of what she said. I have txt from her I can show. She's a liar, unprofessional. She made my daughter and I cry. Wants to keep 25% plus 15% more for her from the deposit. Please help me! She has no policy on her door or on paper saying anything about canceling. Thanks, *************************************Customer response
