When you order on DoorDash OR **** eats, if you order more then 1 selection of rangoons at a time (either a 3 piece, or a 12 piece) they will never give you the full amount you have purchased. For example: if you order a 3 piece and a 12 piece, you will receive only the 3 piece. It is a scam when it happens 4/5 times, (4/5 last orders i have placed) it feels intentional. I was at Panda Express near ******** in *****************. I bought 1 big box of Chao Mein 1 Box of Shrimp, 2 small box chicken, and pork. I paid $38. When I got home. I found out that the box of **** Mein was missing.The Cashier is stealing from customers.Review from Eric H

Horrible management, communication and hiring skills after reading many reviews on Reddit and online it comes to find out theyre just like all the other multi billion companies working for the devil interviewed for multiple positions, wasted several days doing online video interviews and interviews in person only being told. After never receiving a callback after I was promised from Management, I had to call myself and be told that I am overqualified for a position After explaining to them that I had a disability, it seems like they do not hire disabled people which is a major EEOC violation of law and was not able to be offered a position after promising that they were moving forward with my application. This company is a joke and what they represent is horrible practices stay away from Panda Express. theyre nothing but a corporate cult with a lack of consideration, professionalism, and respect for peoples time Im also filing EEOC violation because I am disabled and they said that I will not be able to work efficiently for the job task at hand. Which is a violation of EEOC law in ***** and the ADA ******** disability act law do not ever work for this company read the reviews on Reddit and online and you will see how many people have resigned due to roaches infestation, and the way they only work once a month when they say the king is coming to stop by with the health department or upper management to check on restaurants Nothing but corporate greed, and clich upper management skills. Beware of this company and what you will go through if you apply to work for them.Review from John R.

This is an anonymous report. As an employee of this establishment. The manager at the branch together with her superiors are all bullies. Recently the HR department had an investigation. Instead of things getting better it got worse. As a resident in the area and a business owner myself there are many illegal and manipulative acts committed. It behooves me that a company will conduct investigation and then retaliation and gang bullying is followed up. For instance I have seen the young manager there for years. She is rude unprofessional manipulative and plays employees against each other. Plus while I'm the restaurant the helps are treated like trash while her favorites are eased over. If she was my employee I would have her fired. Not only that she does not stay her shift. As a citizen of this community there are many things that don't passy eyes and ears. Word gets around, there is no way upper management is paying attention to the retaliation tactics and mind games the leaders play. Panda Express needs to check from the Regional manager down. I knew her name is *************** or something Panda Express has a reputation to help young folks and maintain a dignified work environment. We the customers can see it. They gang up on the help and the ones they think are weak and harass them That's dumb it's against all the human laws Why in the world would a person be a manager and don't like her staff. She be standing in her spot or walking around when she do show up. Insulting the employees with pet young girls on the front. I am about to report to somebody outside. The ********** of ***** I know it's an at will state but if you he head office did listen and nothing is done Well they could be looking at a Law suit. I order at this restaurant often, I never have issues. On May 10th I was over charged. My plate usely is 11 something. Today it was *****, that day it was ***** they were busy so I didn't think about it. When I got to look at my receipt I noticed they charged me for a bigger plate and for black pepper steak, I am not sure why I didn't even get steak, I got sesame chicken. I wrote to them that night, no one wrote me back, om the 16th may I wrote again and someone wrote back saying ti was taken a while. Now it has been over a month and still Noone got back to me.. my check number is ****** store is alpharetta Ga. My complaint number was, *******.. I am not sure why it is so hard for them to call me, I have ordered hundreds there just this year.Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. Response

On 05/23/2024 at approximately 2:55 pm - give or take a few minutes I visited the Panda Express on **************I ordered food and handed the employee my receipt from my most recent visit from a few days ago that included a survey code for a free entree.The employee was rude and told me he's not accepting the survey code unless I have the printed email that included the bar code.I explained the receipt has a space for customers to write the survey code down and he continues to argue and cause a scene. This guy was really argumentative and rude.I crumpled the receipt and tossed it on the ground while I walked out and went to a Chinese restaurant called ******** that is one parking lot away from this Panda Express.Red Bowl has much better food that is made to order and the employees are much nicer.After I left, I called and asked to speak to a manager and placed on hold for minutes then was told the manager is in a meeting. I asked for the managers name and this person refused to tell me. I asked for the contact information for their GM or District manager and was told he cannot tell **** asked this person for his name and he froze up and pretended like he didnt hear me so I asked again and again, and he finally said ummm my name is ******.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE :(Review from Troy W

I feel like I've been discrimated against trying to get a job at panda restaurant group in ***************** it's also the way they sent me an email also when they said I didn't have the job I did web searching and they still have openings I move to ***************** from salina kansas hoping to get a job I'm a hard worker I do have a learning disability and I'm on disability but that doesent stop me from doing what needs to be done and another thing that email wasent even a nice one so it's probably good thing I didn't get the job there I want a job yes but not if people are mean to youPanda Restaurant Group, Inc. Unlawfully fired me without notice! (2017-2018) Compensated a few employees I knew from lawsuit but not me ( 10/2023 ) I called and was dismissed and not reach back out too. Sent me letter starting that was data breach and person information from my SSN to all my personal information stating it was leaked ( 04/2024 ) and sending to sign up for credit bureaus that I already have is not acceptable! To be treated like this by this company I will be taking further action just I thought I informed everyone of there professional background.Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. Response

Panda Express of ****************, ** has demonstrated poor customer service from food server Apple, including the management on staff ***** and ****** who are doing this location a disservice to mitigate or resolve matters efficiently. Hospitality Training needs to be implemented because these three employees are doing a disservice to the patrons of this establishment. Apple was completely disrespectful and needs to be reprimanded.
