Would not recommend goodleap. Was getting a solar system loan on a second home. Home occupancy could not be validated because I don't have any bills/invoices mailed to that address. Goodleap could not apply any logic to a second home application! Very frustrating for both me and the solar company as this deal did not happen!Review from Bernice C

Very disappointed with the company. Needed assistance with our solar panel maintenance and came to find out that the local installers dont have us on file nor an agreement. Have been trying to get this settled for more than a month now with no luck. Have had to contact Good leap several times asking to escalate and nothing. No customer service either! Several different times that I was told Id receive a call from the manager that is in charge of my issue with at least a status update, has not called and Ive been the one calling for an update. Very disappointed in all of this and still have yet to hear from them nor a solution. Very disappointing and frustrating!Review from Chase C

Quick, easy to use, client happy with options and rates, ***** ******** has been extreamly fast to respond when moving through the process and helped increase the total for a customer days later as we had a plumber with extra repairs and solved our issue while our plumber was at the home still and within a few mins after I had called him. He has answers for all the question I can throw at him. A+ service.Review from Kristen R
