Scam pricing arrangements in my case. Told me progressive bifocal lenses would cost $99 and gave me the guaranteed prices in written form. When I indicted that I might need two weeks to place the order, she said that the written coupon would be honored and not to be concerned. When I tried to place the order some two weeks later, the agent dismissed my written price. As I needed the glasses, I was forced to pay the inflated price.I then called their **************** line to ask about this practice. The first agent, proceeded to try to tell me i could get a second pair of glasses. I tried to stop him but he spoke over me and then disconnected my call. I called back and I was told that they could not answer my concerns but they would have the store in ************ call me to resolve any issues. No one called until I called them and ask for the Manager. No solution. This is a business that seems focused on making as much money as possible by at least some pricing misrepresentation toward customers. Their **************** line tried to sell more products instead of solving any concerns and then disconnected the call when the customer objected to this ploy. People can decide if they wish to buy product from this kind of business. I will not do so again.

Worst place I have every dealt with. I scheduled an eye exam not knowing it was going to be a tv screen Dr. I have had an ulcer on my eye and still have pain and was expecting a REALLY DOCTOR. Prescribed me contacts that will not stay on my eyes and make them extremely red and hurt. Have called 4 times in last 4 days asking for a manager to return call with no success. Gave ask for a corporate number to be told they didnt have a corporate office. They take your money with no further contact. WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Do not how how they are still in business

Horrible service. the manager was super rude and one of the staff members were rude to me too. they use false advertising for same day glasses when they are not available. They wait until after you make payment to tell you you wont get your glasses that day . They refused my money back after. They lie about the terms and conditions I paid almost $100 and they tried to say they would give me $40 back (less than I have paid proof of for the glasses I had bought.) my issue still is not resolved. Id definitely try ******* vision they were super nice to me after this horrible experience. Still going to get some more legal advice on what I should do

This was my first visit with MyEyeLab (Stanton Optical). I had an exam on March 15,2022. My glasses arrived 7 days later. The progressive prescription wasnt correct so the store had to send them back to warehouse. I was told 10 days to get them back. I am now 6 weeks past my exam and I have no glasses. They have now admitted that the glasses were sent to a warehouse overseas and they dont know when theyll be back. They did not tell me the glasses were going overseas or I could have told themy myself that they should not do that, given the current issues with overseas shipping, which has affected the medical industry I work in as well. I paid $300 plus for my glasses and eye exam WITH insurance. My insurance will not help me get another exam or glasses. Even if I get my money back from Stanton, I will still have to come out of pocket for new glasses/exam. Stanton optical and MyEyeLab do not care about their customers. Stay away from this business.
