On May 26th I purchased a pair of 3n2 softball pants for my daughter for $64.64. The next day during her first inning of the tournament, she squatted and the zipper popped and came apart. I tried to take them back today May 31st, and was told they would not take them back since they were worn and was even told they were not sold to me defective. As you can see from the pictures attached, they were in fact sold to me defective as there is a tooth on the zipper completely missing. I would like a refund for these pants.

I bought a catchers mitt for my son, who is 15 on 2/21 based on the recommendation from the salesperson. He knew my son played baseball and this mitt was for him and even offered to rush the process of breaking it in for him since we live in WA and he had tryouts the next week. After bringing it home, his coaches told him that we were sold a fast pitch softball mitt. The owner is unwilling to return the mitt in exchange for a baseball mitt. He said it is used although it has never been used and was broken in by their machine. He refuses to take any responsibility that his business and salesperson knowingly sold us a softball mitt even though we stayed we wanted a baseball mitt. Two sales people knew we were looking for a baseball mitt rather than a softball mitt and never said a word to us and sold us a softball mitt which my son cannot use. We had conversations about how good we thought the mitt was and how my son was so excited to use it for the upcoming baseball season. There was no question this mitt was to be used for baseballnot softball. It cost almost $400. The owner hung up on us when we called. He stated many boys and men come into his place of business and buy women's mitts. What a joke! Deceptive sales tactics and poor business practices are why I am complaining.
