I bought a vehicle from this place on June 9th and on July 30 the vehicle was totaled when my insurance tried to pay the vehicle off we found out there was 2 different bank loans on the vehicle one was ***** financial and the other was United auto credit so there was 2 loans on 1 vehicle I paid ***** for a down payment my vehicle only cost ****** but I somehow ended up ****** in debt I do I have paper documents of bills from both banks please help!!!Initial Complaint

On 10/02/2021 I went to NXT Auto located at *************************************** which on that date listed above I had put a down payment of **** on a 2008 *** 328 xi. I was told by the owner Amalalal Turkmani that the vehicle had been serviced and No engine lights were on. She also stated that she replaced the breaks and every sensor in the vehicle. Then she ask me to please inform the bank that the car is perfectly fine. Not to long after on 10/03/2021 the check engine light came on as well as other service light. Soon after that I received a call from Amalalal Turkmani on 10/07/2021 stating I need to return the vehicle because the bank didnt want to do the loan. I returned the vehicle on 10/08/2021 to find out that I could receive my full down payment. They stated that I worn out the brakes and cause the engine light to come on. So I show Nxt Auto pictures and videos of the car when I first purchased the vehicle from them where you can see in the photos that they never change the brakes or pads. Let alone never service the vehicle. Even me showing this they still refuse to give me back my down payment of $****. I am a single mom of two and have been car less every since. The holidays was very hard for my family without my down payment.
