I contacted the dating service and was told i had to validate who I was to become a member on their website. The owner came to my place of residence and told me they need to take photos to confirm who i was, they had me go through their book of single women that i like, I pointed out 6 which I was told that the owner would send out a hello to the ones i chose but that never happened. I was then shown a few different packages to become a member and then was told that I could get a deal from them at this time. $400 dollars for lifetime access to the website and access to the live events they have. I signed the receipt and paid the $400. I never received a copy of the receipt that i was told i would receive in the mail. I went onto the site and when i tried logging in I received an error saying i needed to validate before i could login, I already did validate. I kept trying and sent text messages to the owner, she said it was her day off and she would have to get back to me. The next day she said try it now, I was then able to login. So i browsed through the matches available in my area and I found 6 women to send messages to so i sent them, i never received any reply from the 6 messages i sent out. I was very disappointed to only have 6 possible matches on a dating site I just paid $400 to be a member of. I also tried using some of the features of the website like audio and video and chat rooms all of which did not work. I sent a email to the owner from the form on the website they provide for issues. I never received a reply. I wrote another email from the form on the site they provide explaining that none of the feature on the site were working. During this time of sending emails and waiting for a reply i began to notice that there was never any new members being added which is odd for a dating membership site. I then called the owner and received their answering machine. No response back. Still no new members being added. I asked for refund was told no refunds.
