Ordered and paid for a balloon arrangement to be delivered on 04/01/24. I was told it would be delivered. It has not been delivered and apparently not even created yet. **************** email said sorry for any inconvenience. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. No response has been received. They misrepresented that they were a local ********** ******* company and my delivery would be no issue.Initial Complaint

On June 19, 2023 I went online to giftblooms.com. I found the information on ******* I ordered flowers and balloons for my sister's and aunt's birthdays. Both items were to be delivered to my aunt's on July 8, 2023. I paid a total of $176.47 order number is ******. No items were delivered and I am not getting any response from live chat or ********************************** email address. The first clue something was wrong was I signed up for an account to receive 15 percent off my order. I received a link to place my order, but no discount was taken. I was told by support that it would be applied after delivery, but the full amount was taken off my account before delivery. I am now seeing on the website a BBB approval seal. Also I can't seem to delete my account from the website. The website offers no logout button so it is poorly constructed. There is no address listed for the company on this website. I am listing my home address for the employer address to proceed with my complaint. I would like to see this company website deleted and the so called company no longer operating. I want and have requested a full refund, but I am getting no response. I want my information deleted from this account. This company should be charged with fraud.
