I hired a man named ***************************** through Gutterdome to install gutter filters, check downspouts, install a replacement gutter and one new gutter. I was quoted $2400 plus extra material costs . ***** came on 10/25 and installed the gutter filters, and gave me receipts for the extra materials he needed and scheduled to come back on Friday 10/27. I mistakenly paid him the $2400 cash and forgot to ask for a receipt, this is my error. On Friday, after 2 hours past the arrival time, he texted and said he had a fever and couldn't come. We rescheduled for final work for Friday Nov 3. 4 hours passed his arrival time. I sent multiple text messages asking for an update. He never responded. I emailed him, he never responded. I call the corporate office and left 3 voicemails, they never responded. This work is unfinished and I have received zero communication for a week now.Initial Complaint

I had gutters installed by this company 7/27/2021. They have been leaking on my porch as of the first rain last year I have pictures and videos on my phone. You can also see screws coming out where they should not be! The gutters are not flush with the house and are not level. I have tried contacting the business multiple times throughout the year with no response. I have emailed and left voicemails. They claim to have lifetime guarantee that these gutters will not leak or clog. They also claim to fix any problem that arises. How do I get them back out here to fix these problems? I have videos of the first rain right after they were installed, but can't upload in the correct format
