I placed my order for Equipment machine 2.0 and some add on weights etc. to the tune of around $4,300 back in Dec. of 2021. Was told the same BS excuses on delivery etc. and all the same type delays and excuses. Got the dear **** email on June 29, 2022 from Roze Fitness, that they were going out of business and "Closing Business" effective June 29, 2022. I can assure you that I am going to go after the owner and anyone else that committed FRAUD along the way. I am in CA., and plan on hiring an Attorney friend from a major law firm to go after these people. Has anyone else started the process and have any contact info. for the owners and employees of Roze Fitness or Zues Strong Fitness.Review from Sam G

I paid $3,000,they collected the money and six days later received an email saying going out of business. I have tried email they provided no answer, tried their chat line no response and when you enter order number it says waiting to be filled. Trying to figure how to press criminal charges since no response I cannot help but fill theft across state line. Waiting another week if no response will look into what options I have.Review from Leslie T

Not only did they give us the run around we never received the equipment we paid for. I did receive an email stating they were officially closing their door on the same date as receiving the email. Robs phone has been disconnected as well. Please do not order anything from their website. For some reason that is still working but you wont be able to contact anyone.Review from Roberto E

I ordered 2 leg extension attachments for both myself and a friend. The boxes came missing screws and nuts...i reached out customer service and was promised those within 3 to 5 biz days, they NEVER ARRIVED...Now I sent numerous emails with NO RESPONSE, HORRIBLE!Review from Carly B

Terrible. It all looks legit, but they may as well not exist at all. You place your order and then play a long game of chicken deciding when to alert your credit card company and file a complaint with BBB. Well, 3 weeks is enough of dodging my calls, chats, and emails to make me confident I've been had. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!Review from Dee E

I ordered a 2.0 machine on February 26th and was told 5 weeks. 5 weeks turned into 3.5 Months. I was given the same story as everyone else about ***** and covid. Right before I was about to cancel the told me that my order was in and would be shipped. I finally got my order 2 weeks ago but it was missing the lever arms I ordered. I contacted the company and they sent them out. Trackn the order through **** it was out for delivery. We'll, I never got them. Contacted *** and said it was lost and I would need to file a claim with the sender. I contacted ROZE and the assured me that they would send out replacements as soon as my complaint was filed. I filed the same day and sent the proof to ROZE. I was again assured they would be sent out. Since then I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I have called and their line just rings until it hangs up on both their sales and customer service lines. I have emailed 4 times and sent messages on their social media. THEY DO NOT ANSWER IN ANY FORMAT. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR OR SEND ME MY MONEY BACK IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO COMPLETE THE ORDER.*** can't even get ahold of anyone to help resolve the issue..Review from Alex D

Roze Fitness or Zeus Fitness as they used to be called is a complete scam. Please do not waste your money or time. They do not answer phone calls, emails, or live chat. Run while you can.Review from Alex G

This company is a scam, read their ******** reviews. Dont read any positive reviews those are all fake/paid for. This company is a scam and stealing peoples money. Beware, this company used to be called Zeus Fitness but changed their name probably due to consumers reporting them as a scam.Review from Nick B

Equipment took a little while to get delivered to my house but understandable considering the amount of weight it was plus the covid situation with the ports. Jacob made sure to keep me updated during the process of my order fulfillment up till the point of delivery. I ordered the smith 3.0 bundle, it came on a pallet that was delivered from the trucking company. All parts were received in my order. Had a couple hiccups with building the machine up but I reached out to Zeus and I believe it was Anthony and Delicio who helped me get through them. Overall very happy with my machine and super thankful for Jacob, Anthony, and Delicio. They made the process much easier. The 3.0 smith is a solid machine!!!
