Months before a family wedding we hired Allstars to shuttle the wedding party from the reception location to the ceremony venue and back. They sent a contract with the details and pricing that we agreed to and signed. Gave them the credit card to pay the deposit. Everything seemed on track for the wedding. The day before the wedding the company called us and said the vehicle had been in an accident. So they were coordinating sending up a vehicle from a location several hours away for the next day. HOWEVER, now they would require additional money. They said the price would be more than double the originally contracted rate. We were shocked and confused and so refered to the signed contract. Which stated in the event of damage to the vehicle the company was required to provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost. We read this part of the contract to the representative and he was not receptive. He continued to state that we only had two options: to pay the increased rate or cancel our reservation. We tried to reason with him, ask for a supervisor, advise him that they were breaking the legal contract and would be open to legal ramifications. Nothing worked. In the end they cancelled our transportation the day before the wedding! Still cant believe this company is allowed to operate. Please please do not trust or hire them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The limo that we received for my father's funeral was outdated. The ** was not cold when we got in the vehicle. It might have been in the 100s here but I have been in other limos from different companies with 100 degree weather and never have they been that hot on the inside. The driver area was cool but the back was not. The person that I was texting with at the company while we were on our way to the cemetery said he would have the driver check. The driver came to the back and look at the controls and said everything was ok. It was by no means ok it was not blowing cold air. He said it was because we had 12 people in a 8 to 10 passenger limo and with all those bodies it could be making it feel warm. We only had 8 and when I told him that he ignored it. We had a gentlemen that was recovering from cancer and chemo treatments and could be hot. I ended up telling the driver that he could leave when we got to the cemetery and we rode home with family and friends. They also quoted me $550.00 for 4 hours of which when did not use the whole 4 hours. They took a deposit of $300.00 and then I got an additional charge of $600.00 the next day. The said it was 20% for the drivers tip. It shouldn't have been that much because the time was shorter. The driver didn't really seem to care that it was so hot in the vehicle. I will definitely not be using them again. No lack of concern for the inconveniences they caused.

Allstar Worldwide started off with a fair quote $1,045. They kept calling wanting to get this set up, so we gave a credit card # put $600 down. I had a bad feeling but went ahead and didn't cancel. Then I get invoice for with additional 10% fuel Surch & 7% STC Surch and a credit card fee ****%. The next day we get a phone call to pay the balance and then they tack on another 15% STD Grat fee--that don't seem right, I told them, I would tip the driver, and they told me that the driver cannot receive that amount of money. My second gut feeling kicked in, but didn't stop the transaction. The limo shows up on time 5pm. Started to get in and noticed right off the floor needed vacuumed, then the 3 mini bars had a thick film of dust, then all the windows were filthy-- kids hand prints smeared on every window. Interior and exterior windows look awful in the evening sun. I felt so embarrassed in front of my guest about this--looking like a found the cheapest ************ that money could buy. Then we were passing out water bottles out of the bar and 2 of my guest got bottles that was already opened. One of my guest also went into a sneezing frenzy , I assume from the dust. My first time getting a limo and I will do my homework next time. This is one cheep, cheep, cheep company that I will never do business with again. Allstar worldwide has no pride in their company. The quote of $1,045 turns into almost $1,700.
