*** the driver was constantly preoccupied with his phone while talking with his friends, family, and drivers. I've been dealing with him for the better part of the last year every other week and every time he drives me he's stresses me out because he is looking at his phone and almost rear ends people constantly. Today Monday September 30th he never even picked me up from my appointment. In fact he ignored my phone call so I called MTM ride services and he ignored their phone call too. They wound up calling me a lift and I got one within 10 minutes of that phone call. I got out of my doctor's appointment at 1:30 and I finally got home around 2:15. I wound up missing a video appointment with my doctor and he knew this. If anything is he called around 3:00 an hour and a half late I'll tell you. Of course I didn't answer. I will be talking to *** again and be letting me and them know that I want to cancel all future rides with his company. Right now that's twice a week every other week for the next year plus. It adds up so hopefully it'll take me seriouslyReview from James H

This company is always so overbooked in the afternoon they always make me late, and their main driver is always looking at his phone and scrolling ******** and not watching the road. Yesterday Wednesday the 30th 2023, he hit a twisted hunk of metal from another car left in the road because of it. If his eyes had **** on the road *** not his phone, he would have seen it and been able to go around it. After getting back in the car, he pulled out into traffic and got back on his phone. I watched to see if he was doing GPS or something, and then would put it down, but nope . It was back onto ********* I finally had to ask can you put your phone down and look at the road.
