I purchased a washer/dryer and refrigerator from ********** on 5/17/2022. It was to be delivered on 5/21/2022. The information on the receipt specifically states that the customer will receive a call the night before and the morning of the delivery. I did not receive either; the evening of May 20th or morning of May 21st, 2022. I received a voice mail message in the afternoon stating, "We are 10 minutes away", but when I attempted to contact the caller, I received a voicemail message stating the employee's voicemail had not been set up, and the phone call was terminated by the machine. I took the day off work and reschedule 6 patients to receive this order. A loss of income of $832.08 for the day. The appointment was rescheduled for May 26th, and again, I did not receive a call the night before or the morning of but cancelled the day's patients to receive the order. I live in a somewhat remote area and have three dogs that bark at all who come close to my home. When I called about why my merchandise was not nor why I didn't get a phone call, I was told that they came to the home, and nobody was home. I informed them that I was home, and how I have been waiting for them to arrive, but all they would tell me is that they could not deliver the product until May 31st, 2022. ********** uses this third-party vendor to deliver they products, so all they do is either cancel the order or keep the rescheduling date to May 31st, 2022. This will make the third time I will have to reschedule or cancel my caseload for the day (21st, 26th, and 31st) and when it is multiplied by $832.08, it equals $2,496.24 of lost income. I explained this to the business, but they were unable to deliver my already purchased merchandise until May 31st, 2022.
