DO NOT HIRE I RELOCATE YOU, THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO PAYING MORE FOR THE MOVE THEN THEY GO THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS AND STEAL EVERYTHING OF HIGH VALUE!!! THEY ARRIVED 3 hours late and didnt speak English! It took a month to receive my damaged furniture and gone through boxes.WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A MOVING COMPANY!!! After a police report, and nobody calling me back about the damage furniture they caused. They went through all my personal belongings and stealing things Ill never see again. Do not hire this company, I RELOCATE YOU IS A SCAM!!!

Beware! This company is negligent. Do not sign before reading the fine print! I originally signed a contract with ******************************* which was only a broker. I did not realize they were going to choose a carrier to actually handle/deliver my belongings, without my consent nor input. I Relocate You *** showed up at my residence 3 hours late, immediately began talking about how there was no way all of my items were going to fit into the cubic footage estimated by interstate; telling me that they often underestimate the cubic footage on purpose to keep the sign on fee low. Throughout the whole loading process the driver and two helpers continued to reiterate how large my items were and how they were never going to fit. I began to throwing large items out in a vein effort to keep the cost of square footage down. It was only after all my items were loaded that I saw they were going to charge me over double the original estimate. This was a breach of ****************** shipper contract. Once you sign the contract for the carrier it voids the contract you signed with the broker. Both contracts are designed absolve both the broker and the carrier from any responsibility to adequately care for and deliver your belongings.I waited over 2 months for my items living in an unfurnished space. The driver that showed up to deliver became agitated at me taking measurements and pictures of the truck and my items. When I questioned where am I missing items were he refused to answer. When I questioned why they weren't unwrapping and setting up my large furniture items as per the contracts he became further agitated explaining that he was just simply there to deliver the items and that's not part of his job. When I told him I was going to call the company to clarify he began yelling at me which was very traumatizing as a single woman alone in my home. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and rent a truck to move yourself.

The movers arrived at our condo in an unmarked moving truck. ****** proceeded into the condo to begin the paperwork. He did not have the original contract, I was required to pull that up on my phone. He walked around the condo asking what would be moved, He began cursing and telling me that the quote was wrong and the move would be more like 1800 cu ft. This would mean nearly doubling cost.He proceeded to berate the packing and the choices of boxes and sizes. He said he needed to put the small boxes into larger boxes, he said it is free. He then determined the truck he arrived in would not fit my stuff, we would need to wait for a second truck. The truck and additional crew arrived and began work around 8:30 pm. (4.5 hours after the window promised)The ******* insisted I fill out and sign all the paper work first, I complied, I was stuck and the move had to continue because my lease was up. The truck that showed up was a 20ft U-Haul truck, During the move one of the feet on the TV stand was broken accidentally by a packer who proceeded to blame me for it already being broken. The ******* continued to guide the process, making sure to come and give me looks of disgust and disdain for the packing job. He continued to walk around cursing as he moved stuff. By the time the move was done it was after 10 pm there were no lights in the truck The ******* was on his phone throughout the move trying to coordinate another pick up.He insisted his truck was 27 ft version, but that truck does not hold more the 1600 cu ft. I saw him refigure and white out parts on the estimate and wrote 1500 cu ft I think. He accused me of taking his pen, continuing to curse and snort about any question I posed. The movers also insisted that I be charged for materials for packing including the 17 wardrobe boxes they insisted on using to pack already packed boxes, I asked to get a copy of the paperwork, even suggested I photograph it, he insisted I would get a text copy the next day.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest company. ****** even had my delivery yet. The broke my window screen and also someone smoked weed in the home and outside. They also were smoking in the truck when I went to pay them. Already passed the delivery date. They even tried to get me to pay the final amount before delivery. They never answer their phone, they dont give a **** about timelines. They told me 3 separate times that it would be here on a certain timeframe and then they just dont update you or deliver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hope someone investigates them and shuts this business down. They know youre in a tough spot and will charge you more than they estimate and blame it on a miscalculation. When they do deliver I will be personally measuring the cubic feet.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!1. MISLEADING - I was told the move would take 5-7 days. It took 28 days.2. NEGLIGENT - I received no receipt, contract, or any paperwork upon pick up. Days later after requesting the documentation, pages were missing and never forwarded. We still do not have a copy of the complete contract.3. DECEPTIVE - I was FALSELY informed 4 times that the truck will be loaded "tomorrow" and arrive for delivery in 2-3 days. That didn't happen!4. UNPROFESSIONAL - Throughout the month of delay I made 38 calls to several phone numbers attached to the business. They only answered once. After they realized I had found their warehouse location, I received 4 calls.5. UNETHICAL PRACTICES- I had placed an AirTag in a box that led me to a warehouse where I visited and photographed hundreds of boxes piled high, mattresses, furniture and random household items haphazardly stacked in piles "outdoors". A worker on the premises proceeded to call his boss, who in turn called me with additional false promises of delivery.6. CONTRACT VIOLATION - On day 27 I received a call from a subcontractor, not affiliated with "I Relocate You", that announced he would arrive tomorrow with my load and needed an all cash payment. "I Relocate You" never provided me with notice regarding change of required payment. This request was contrary to the initial contract ************ the time of this review, I have repeatedly called to attempt to receive some financial compensation for their negligence, deceptiveness, and unethical business practices I experienced. They have not answered or returned any calls.

The company started out by charging me more money than was initially stated. They charged $1500 dollars more. They quoted me a 7-14 day delivery with the driver saying it should be before that. Currently it has been 19 days and they have changed the delivery timeframe 3 times. They have not held up their end but still expect me to pay on my end. I have said changing the time is unacceptable. This is not the first time they have done this with customers. They need to be closed down. I am currently taking them up in small claims court.

I hired Guaranteed ********* to move 48 boxes of personal and business items from *****, ********** to ******, *******. They broker out and sent irelocateyou to pick up my things on June 5th, 2024. As of this writing its been 51 days and my things have never been delivered. I have called numerous times and am given excuses every time. Promises of calls back have not been kept. I asked for a photo of my things which they sent and the boxes dont appear to be all there and look beat up. I rented a storage space on June 8th as they promised to deliver within 7-10 days of pick up. Its sitting there empty and waiting. I am pretty sure they dont plan to deliver at all. This is theft.

I was quoted 3000. over the phone for my contents of my house.A few days later I forgot to tell them about a few more items,they jacked the price to 6100.,then when the movers came they said I will owe 9068.after the teuck was loaded.Regal vanlines never told me that I relocate would handle moving my stuff.They picked it up on 5/22 and told me its in storage in ********I requested it on 6/11 and still dont have it.I am in ************** and I call everyday with no avail date to be delivered.They have an excuse everyday.I filed a complaint with the Feds and hope that someone could help me get my stuff.Im tired of sleeping on an air mattress when I have a temperpedic bed.Im tired of eating off paper plates and plastic silverware..Please Help!!
