            ************ was very rude did not greet me for my consult came in the room and said you have a lot going on with your mouth. I came to get a consult for braces not to be ridiculed. Told me that braces would only make my mouth look worse and my mouth would poke out more said I needed jaw surgery. Walked out the consult didnt give me any other suggestions or alternatives. Was very crass and negative. I left feeling more discouraged about my smile and insecure. Also I just recently had a baby so this experience made me very sad and offended. I sat in my car and cried because he was so cold and insensitive made me feel like I couldnt get help for my teeth. I hope he never makes anyone else feel like this because most people who come for a consult are already insecure about their teeth.

            My first orthodontic treatments I had many years ago. My teeth were beautiful, however to get complete results, I had to undergo a lower jaw surgery. I came to image orthodontic office and was advised by orthodontics "specialist", **************** that I had to wear braces for 6 month, as a surgery supportive treatment. My agreement became a huge mistake, forced me to wear braces for 8 years to fix the error **************** made just immediately, that completely changed my smile. Unfortunately, eight years did not help to fix my smile, and other doctors in that office could not help as well. Denying his mistake, **************** was accusing a Kaisers surgeon, and insisting my teeth were perfect. Finally, he recommended veneers, because he and other orthodontists in his offices could not bring by teeth to their initial perfect look. My advice, leave that place before you start any treatments. That will save you lots of money, time, and energy.
