      Date of Transaction- 9/28/24 ORDER #***** All wheel drive buggy black Total $749.50 USD Ryder Toys Shipping Protection 1 25.5 $25.50 If they do fix the issues they promised they will, I will gladly let you know this is resolved.I have been in contact with them for 3 weeks. They will send messages such as okay just to confirm you need these parts multiple times after I had sent videos. I have sent numerous messages and videos showing them exactly what is wrong. They have waited until I will be out of my return window to send the ********* will I know if it works without the parts? I give everyone benefit of the doubt, but its like Im talking to someone new every time. They refer me here and there and no return slip has been made. The links I was sent took me to something about their toys, not returns.I bought shipping protection as well.The item came with a busted headlight and deep hood scratches. Also plastic was removed from a shock. I thought I was getting a brand new product. They have agreed to send parts to get wheels fixed from grinding. My return window is 30 days. The parts will be here 1 day after. It was delivered to the wrong address. I tried contacting multiple times to find information about where it was. Finally an honest neighbor came forth and told me they had received package in our name. I just want this documented elsewhere that I have tried to get a return slip in case this doesnt fix the item. I have still asked them for a return a week ago, and asked them if this item was a restocked item. Clearly it was or it wouldnt have so many issues. The box wasnt damaged, just the product. Also interested in refund or store credit/exchange

      Date of the transaction: 07/15/2024 Amount of money paid to the business: $762.25 I purchased a kids ride on power wheels All Wheel Drive Buggy The All Wheel Drive Buggy was delivered and the power wheels did not function properly. I emailed and sent them a video that the pedal does not work when you trying to go forward. It only works going backwards and with the remote. I replaced the gear switch and tested the pedal as they asked and proved to them that it was still broken.The company threatened me that if I return the broken power wheels that arrived broken, I would be responsible for shipping the product back to them, which ranges from $140-$170.

      Order #***** (August 9, 2024) and (Order# **** Oct 23, 2023)- Ryder Toys The business committed to providing a product that would work. They advertised that their product was the best of the market and all but guaranteed satisfaction. Twice over the period of a year, we tried using their toy car and after having trouble with the first one, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hoping it was an anomaly, discovered with the second purchase the product is garbage and they are knowingly distributing a faulty product. We have been robbed of our money twice, now totaling over $1,600. Within 30 days of delivery of the second car we reached out to the company to begin a return only to be told they only accept returns of UNOPENED merchandise. How would we, as a consumer, know if our purchase works if we don't open the package?

      Order Date: 5/14/2024 Order number: ***** Amount spent: $72.22 What was ordered: two 24v wheel motors After four months of contacting the company post ordering, I still have yet to receive my items purchased. I email support and get generic responses everytime. I attempted to leave a review that was either deleted or ignored, left a ******** comment and immediately got blocked by the company. All was to try and bring some attention to my issue. When purchased these items were listed as in stock. After purchase and them taking my money I was told they were out of stock and back ordered. This is not my first issue with this company in this regard either. When the unit was purchased originally we tried to order a different unit that was listed as in stock and then received an email that they did not have that unit in stock. Then a few weeks after purchasing I had to replace the battery and when I questioned why the battery went bad so quick I was told that I wasnt charging it properly. But they never asked how I went about charging it. Id just like to receive my motors so I dont have a $750 shed decoration and my child stops asking why I wont fix his fourwheeler for him.

      Item purchased drifter 3.0 electric go kart. Item price $413.25. Order date 12/15/23. Promised Delivery prior to 12/25/23 per website. Order # *****. Emailed Ryder toys on 12/20/23 about shipping status. Email from Ryder Toys on 12/21/23 ensuring delivery prior to 12/25/24. Emailed Ryder toys on 12/25/23 that item was not delivered. Email from Ryder Toys on 12/27/23 offering to send a different item as they did not have item I ordered on 12/15/23. Emailed Ryder Toys on 12/31/23 selecting white dune racer as a replacement. Emailed Ryder Toys 1/3/24 asking for follow up with new ********** from Ryder Toys 1/3/24 advising the white dune racer order was placed. Online order showed order was updated.White dune racer was received and it caught on FIRE the first time my son rode it.Emailed Ryder toys on 2/14/24 to advise their product caught on fire the first time my son rode it and included a video of the item. I requested a refund or a replacement item. Ryder toys responded with a troubleshooting guide to help fix the issue. There was no fix to this issue as it caught on fire, was melted and damaged. Thankfully my son was not injured. I informed them on 2/15/25 of this and requested a refund again. Ryder toys declined a return and refund and stated they could replace the burnt motor. On 2/19/24 I emailed them to find out what information they needed from me as I already advised them of the issue and item. On 2/29/24 I received order #***** confirmation for a wheel motor. I have emailed them multiple times since February 2024 about shipping status of the replacement part and as of today, 9/5/24, I have yet to receive this replacement part.I have a burned, unusable product from them since February, with no hopes of receiving this replacement part. Also, if the part will even fix the item, as they are just relying on me to repair it. It definitely won't repair the damaged plastic from the fire.I would like a full refund of $413.25.

      I purchased a Supersized UTV on March 3rd for a birthday on March 22. My kids started riding it on the 24th of March. Within 30 days, the vehicle broke. The weld came apart on the front axle. I emailed April 22nd since the replacement part would be under warranty. They told me 1-2 weeks for the part to come in as it was out of stock. After much back and forth with the company as the time frame well exceeded the 2 week ***** the part was shipped on July 15th. We received a part in the mail on July 18th. The company sent the WRONG part. Their customer services is absolutely awful. They will only response via email. I have tried calling the number on our receipt. No one will answer. I have even asked in the emails for someone to call me to discuss this matter and no one will. For a vehicle costing $1800, I am left with no replacement and a vehicle that doesn't work. They should not be allowed to sell merchandise to consumers if they can't provide appropriate customer service when something should go wrong.

      Purchase made on 5/6/2024, delivered on 5/11/2024 Ryder toy stopped working on 5/28/2024 (probably sooner but that's when I got around to messaging the company)On 5/28/2024 was told the wheel motor was temporarily out of stock and expected to be available in 2-3 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks, no motor.07/11/2024 - I contacted **** through the Ryder support Chat where he just pretty much told me to keep waiting and whenever the warehouse gets back up and running I'll get my replacement part.. At this point I told him I'd like to see if I can get a refund or do a return or literally anything. For the price of this ride on toy compared to literally anything else is insane especially since my kid hasn't even been able to use it for 1.5 months now. He got less than a month out of the toy. And this toy is $799.99. So I had high expectations for them to be selling a ride on toy for double what other places do. I also expected since they have the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" that they would be willing to help me with a solution when I had a problem. They were not. I asked if I could be transferred to a manager to see if there truly was any solution. I was told the only thing was to be put on a list for a call back in 1-2 business days. That's absurd. I asked for an email or even a phone number to contact something. Was told the same. He had no desire to help or to help find help for that matter. At this point all I want is a refund. I have no desire for this replacement part. I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

      My husband purchased a jeep from them earlier this year. We waited for it and then were informed it was backordered. We chose another one they promised would be delivered asap. Within the 30 day warranty period, the jeep broke, NO BRAKES!!! We informed them, they promised to send two new parts, unfortunately those parts were also backordered. We received one part and are still waiting on another, which was promised in May but its now mid July. Ive emailed and called constantly and only receive automated responses. Im not sure how this company is still in business because they dont stand by their warranty, they have nothing in stock and customer service is non existent. This company is a scam! PLEASE do not buy anything for your children from this company. After spending close to $1000 on a Jeep, my daughter only got to use it for a couple of weeks and now its trash. So disappointing.

      Received a defective ride on car, the rear motor began to smoke and stopped working after a couple uses. After waiting for four months they send another motor which was also defective, it stopped working after a few min. The steering motor broke after a couple days, have been waiting 5 months for them to replace it under warranty and they will not tell me when they will send it. I would like a refund ir for them to send a replacement car as this one is clearly a lemon.
