I went to this establishment December 30 2021 based off an add on ******** to get images of my baby for my shower. I paid for the tiny toes package witch was priced at $90 and added 5d pictures for an additional $30 dollars witch came to the grand total of $125 after taxes paid via Zelle in office. This package includes 20 min 2d/3D/4d session includes 8 black and white photos, 8 3x5 , 2 5x7 color photos, cd of all the images and a dvd of the entire session & free gift. Not including the 5d. Out of all that listed I received 4 black and white 2D images and one 3D black and white the cd and free gift. A fraction of what I paid for. I did not receive my 4d or 5d images nor the rest of the photos in my package. My baby was position a way they couldnt get good pictures witch I understand they can not control and I accept that but no where in their policy nor did they inform me that I will lose over $100 dollars and walk away with less that half of what I paid for. I asked the manger many times can have my **** adjusted to what they were able to capture and the product that I did receive. She told me no one in the imaging field gives money back. I asked for a copy of their policy she ignored my request. At this point Im overwhelmed and stressed my doctor telling me my pressure is high and much more. I live in Stockton and can not keep commuting to their office in ******. She offered to rebook me but honestly the way that she spoke to me I opt out of returning to their office I just want to pay for what I received and part ways from this business. Very unprofessional when it comes to problem solving. I feel robbed I gave these people my money and they send me away with a portion and tell me there is nothing they can do. I just want to be reimbursed for the things I didnt get out of my package nothing more. Im already a single parent dealing with the list of my childs father I cant afford to lose anything else.
