We had a membership for my son at Hangar 18. I had put the membership on hold since my son was injured at the gym. We made it through summer, and he was never able to return. I called the gym to cancel my membership at which time they walked me through the process of canceling the membership online. I was then charged for membership for the next month, July 2023, at $44. I have called the gym over 5+ times and sent emails after each call to the gym manager, however he does not *************, or return my calls or emails. I have had to reach out to my credit card agency to dispute the charge. We are extremely disappointed at their lack of customer service and want our $44 refunded.
