My son is going on day 245 with a broken oven in his apartment. The oven hasn't been fixed or replaced and that is just the beginning of problem after problem with Stadium View. After several attempts of calling the office and the corporate offices with no avail, I looked up the *** (which he is not listed on their website). Finding him on Linkedin, I tried to contact ******* Nelson, *** of Nelson Partners, and evidently he does not have a phone or email that he would share with anyone, including his staff (so the staff says). Just to name a few issues that I saw on day one and still not fixed 1 1/2 years later: siding falling off the buildings, carpet squares missing, dirty entryways, dirty apartments, pool doesn't work, deck needs to be replaced, volleyball courts are a mess and can't be used, etc. The leasing office tried to raise his rent from $740 a month to $1,100 a month because he didn't sign by the end of August for the next year. As a co-signer, I called to discuss this matter with the leasing agent and she told me they could only talk to the person living in the space. I asked her if my son stopped paying rent, who would she contact and she said it would be me. I then got the name of the district manager and I was included in the conversation regarding the rent increase. After pointing out all the problems with Stadium View, we agreed on a $20 monthly increase, not $360. Two years ago, they had a long waiting list because there wasn't enough housing in *******. That has changed, they have no waiting list and I would highly recommend NOT LEASING from ************ Apartments in *******, **.

Absolutely a sham. You cannot get a hold of anyone in this company. Water is coming through the ceiling and no-one to call. Tried every number possible all the way to the headquarters and not one way to leave a message. Many lawsuits. Stay away at all costs!
