      I placed an order on 5/7/204 for 2 toner cartridges that were listed as "in stock." I placed the order and paid in full at the same time. It said the order would ship within 1-4 business days. Over a week later, I sent a message through the "Customer Support" section of the website asking for a status. No reply. I sent a couple more messages by email and through the website and have never gotten a response. I was finally able to get through to someone on the phone. She said the items were back ordered and I asked why I wasn't informed of this? She couldn't give me a reason why. I asked for the order to be cancelled and for us to have a full refund issued. This has never happened. On 6/21/2024 I was able to speak to someone through the virtual assistant on the website. This person had completely different information. She said the items had been delivered and had a link for "proof of delivery." The link shows that 1 toner was delivered to ***********, **. It didn't show an address, only ***************. We still have not received anything. They were supposed to look into what happened and get back to us. This has never happened. I tried messaging them again with no reply. No one from that company will contact us back to attempt to resolve this. And just to reiterate, they still have our money! I was able to contact another company, ordered the exact same items and received them within a 2 week period with no problems at all.

      I ordered a ***420 toner cartridge from this company and they sent me a ***450 cartridge that does not fit my printer. I re-ordered another ***420 cartridge and paid extra money for quicker shipping and again, they sent me another ***450. I have called the company and tried to work with them but they refuse to help. They are telling me that on their end they show that I ordered the ***450's on both orders. I have copies of the invoices and shipping labels that I will attach for your review. I had to go to a local store and purchase a toner cartridge and pay more money so that I could print off my work. I am asking the BBB to help me seek justice and have this company return all the money ($36.18) I paid them for the items that I did not order and can not use. Thank you,*********************

      I ordered and paid for (2) TN-660 Toner Cartridges and (2) DR-630 Drum Units on 3/5/24. I was sent (2) TN-760 Toner Cartridges and (2) DR-730 Drum Units. I tried many, many times to reach the numbers listed on the website and was always kept on hold. I messaged the company through the website about the problem. I attempted to print a return label through the website but that function was disabled. I finally reached someone and he said he would e-mail me a return label "right away". That was last week and I still have not received anything, nor have I received a refund. I have tried calling again and again am kept on hold. The total amount of my purchase was $109.63 and I want to return the products and get a refund but I can't because the company will not respond.

      We were shipped the wrong product. We were told we would the correct product and we should receive a label to return the wrong product. We never received the label. I have been trying for a week to contact someone to get the label and they do not answer by phone or email. We need the correct product we ordered and we can't get it until they receive the wrong product back. It is truly impossible to get a hold of someone in this company.

      I ordered twice from ******** since I couldn't find an invoice from the first order and thought it hadn't gone through but later saw my credit card had been charged. One order on March 18 for $297.38 where I received no invoice but credit card charged and another on March 28 for $65.82- invoice attached and credit card charged. I stayed on hold a long time and then called again. I left a message but no response.

      I ordered a Magenta ink cartridge and got a yellow ink cartridge in the box labeled Magenta. I attempted to reach customer service but they never pick up and all you can do is leave a voice message. I attempted 5 calls with no answer. I also attempted to use the chat service but nothing happens when you try to click on it. I also sent two emails and didn't get any response. At this point I'm really frustrated because my business is suffering due to the lack of professionalism to let customers know what the status is or how to even return the product that I didn't order and get the correct one.

      I purchase pricing Dymo labels on 3/20/2024. It stated that I would receive the labels on 3/22/2024. My credit card was charged immediately $78.34. I have tried over the past week to reach out to them by phone, end up on hold and then they hang up after 15m and sent an email through the customer service email. Today when I called the number I was told it is no longer in service. I still have not received the labels.

      Ordered product on 2-19 *****. Shipping was standard ground estimated arrival 1-4 business days. No product. Followed up a number of times and did finally get a live body who tells me it will be one or two weeks, the items are on back orderNow there is no way to get in touch with them. They don't answer calls other than a message. They don't call back when asked to on a message. There is no online chat response. I finally got through where they asked me to leave a message. Are they still operational or just thieves and took the money and ran? I want this order cancelled and. Money returned. I dont want the excuse that so sorry, item is on back order. FRAUD
