  I rent from Town Park Villas Management they also business with **************************** and ***************************** Orchid Partners Inc. I am a section 8 recipient and I pay portion of my rent and ********* housing commission pays the rest of the rent. I became aware that I have over paid them approximately $13,000 and this money is static. The management created an account of which I have no personal access to and I have no way of getting the over payment returned to me. Every month prior they take the full amount of rent and utilities while not posting the government rent portion in a timely manner. They say I have a credit of $13,000 but all I want is my money returned to me. I do have access to the account to see whats been paid, but my problem is I can't get my money. I pay every month on the first even though I have credit and section 8 pays every month their portion. I just want access to my overpayment and they won't give it to me. I do have print outs of the payment history which I can mail to you once you get in contact with me. I rather not upload them at this time because I don't know how to do that. I am also a senior citizen and I'm disabled and my adult down-syndrome daughter lives with me in a senior complex. My phone number is **********, my name is ***********************.

  Today we sent a check to *********************** for the amount owed to her. She will be receiving the funds through certified mail.
