Im disabled and sick. I dont have much money because of that. I designed a PS5 skin for my husband for Christmas. I worked hard on it. Ordered it in November. It never showed up. I messaged at the end of December asking where it was. They said they were sorry and sent me a replacement. Guess what? Also never showed up. I messaged again and asked what was going on. *****. No answers. Its been months. At this point, Id like a refund AND my product that I waited months for. Im betting Ill never get it. Dont order from here.Business response

I requested a refund AND my product that I spent hours designing. I waited months for this. Its literally almost March. Refunding and sending me the product I worked hard on is the bare minimum.Initial Complaint

On July 21, 2023, I placed an order (order # **********) for an iphone 13 cargo case. What I received was a different style case than what I ordered. I contacted the company via their website and received a response asking for proof. I sent a photo of the case I received, to which they replied that I received the correct case. I responded that I did not receive the right case, again receiving a response that I did, and included a link to the description of the case. The link to the item was still a different case than what I received. I replied again with a side-by-side picture of my current cargo case and the case I received to prove this was the wrong case. I have not received a reply since then. I also tried calling the company, but it only goes straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still have not heard back. I then contacted the company via ******** and received a response that they forwarded the message to customer service. All I want is the proper case than I paid for.Business response

We have issued a response and a refund the customer. Our model of the cargo case has changed since his last purchase. The customer was unhappy with the design so we have issued a full refund.

I placed an order with Skinit on June 8, 2023 for a Custom Generic 17 in. Laptop **** x 9.9 in. Skin with my business logo on it. I paid for express shipping for my purchase to be delivered within 3-5 business days (order # **********). According to the Order Status on the Skinit website, the item was printed on 6/9/23 and sent to QA Review on 6/12/23, where it sat for 11 days. It was shipped on 6/23/23 **** Tracking # 1ZA564R903469). It was originally scheduled to arrive on 6/30/23 (remember, I paid for 3-5 day delivery). It finally arrived on July 3, 2023. When I opened the package, I received the wrong order (The order I received was #**********). I am very unhappy because I made a purchase in good faith, and literally nothing I purchased was delivered. I am requesting that the product I actually purchased be produced and shipped expediently with all charges waivedBusiness response

I spent $38 on a laptop skin for a friend for Christmas. They charged my card and on November 18th said it shipped out, expected in **** days. The tracking number was not valid.It is almost a month later and we have not received the package- and we have called and left 5 voice mails (no one ever answers the phone) and have emailed them 4 times.They are completed non responsive.Business response
