Purchased a forklift on 6/15. To start the unit was "in stock" was not actually delivered until 7/15 multiple ************** chasing them for communication & answers. That should have been enough of a warning.On 8/17 we reached out to them for assistance as a starter bolt fell completely out of the unit making it unusable. A tech did not arrive to resolve this issue until 8/25. Zero sense of urgency to stand behind their products. We were forced to rent equipment while the Otay unit sat broken.Now 10/18 forklift will no longer start. Had a local tech come out & found the starter was loose... & that the bolts will not tighten properly due to bad threads. The wrong length bolt had been used. Assorted washers used to try to correct the bolt length.. Advised Otay of this. Many Phone **************. Finally were advised that they are not interested in addressing the issue. We were dealing with *****. Asked to speak with a supervisor to discuss this. Was advised the ******************* for ********* several ******************* None responded to...To be fair the "Stated warranty" has expired. however if you claim that your QC team checked over the unit prior to delivery. Then had a odd failure of a starter bolt falling out. Supposedly resolved by your tech a reputable company might at the bare minimum offer to review & quote repair..
