The permit for the ** Charger Installation has already been approved and was shared with the client last year. For your reference, I have attached the permit card to this email. Please let me know if you require any further information or assistance.

As you can see in the attachment I paid $703.78 dollar for option A which includes permit for EV charger installation. I've been communicating with Faraday Electric since September of 2021 to get the permit that I paid for. Even their regional manager emailed me back in December and promised I will be getting the permit soon. But I still haven't recive it. They tried sending me an email with a permit but the permit was for a different address. Plus its impossible since they never had the inspection scheduled. Now they wont even answer my emails. This business is completely fraudulent. Now I have to pay someone else the same amount to come out and fix it. I will be bringing a suit against them, reporting them on every possible channel, and making them give me a refund for the money they have stolen from me.

      Hello,

Installation was completed on September 7, 2021, in October, the client wrote to us requesting an update on the Permit Status. We confirmed after checking our records the permit was issued and sent to the client a week after the installation. We re-sent the information via email, and he successfully received it.

When the inspection happened, we noticed that the address was different and not assigned correctly.

We requested the correct parcel number from the client and the issue was escalated directly with the City and we requested to fix that issue in order to process the permit accordingly. This was not a mistake on our end, and we had to wait until the City fixed the issue. This took almost 3 months and there were multiple interactions with the permit department informing the client that we were waiting on the city to fix this. In February 2022 when they finally assigned the correct parcel #, we sent to the client another email informing him that the permit was issued and attached the updated document. In that email, the ***************** sent the Permit Information and offered tentative permit installation dates, but we didn't hear back from the client.

Attached you will find the proper documentation for ********************************* including the email thread:

We do not consider this to be a valid complaint and we would like to do everything we can to avoid any type of warning as we did everything the way we should have.

Please let me know if you need any additional information and we will gladly provide you with anything you need.
