On July 26th, 2023 at 9AM I took my dog, Bandit, to B Street Vet, I did not get him back until almost 10pm, (for x-rays!) an when i did, he was so drugged he was walking into walls, couldn't pull his tongue into his mouth it was so dry! I had to sprinkle water on his tongue drop by drop until there was enough moisture to enable him to retract it back into his mouth! They put a "make-shift" cast on his hurt leg (reason for visit) because they did not have any real casts at that moment that fit him and assured me that in a few days (Friday i believe) when the next cast shipment came in I could come in free of charge to get a real one put on. I made the mistake of letting him walk through a sprinkler 2 days later and the cast came off, I called and they luckily had the right sized cast and told me to bring him in! This time when i got him back he was not as drugged, they said they had given him 2 drugs one that could be reversed and one that has to be slept off, then (despite saying I would not have to pay) charged me for the visit. The doctor that put on the cast said "when you take him for walks in the morning put a bag on his foot so it doesn't get wet". So I took him for a walk. I took him back to vet next morning because his foot was pouring blood! He bled all over the waiting room, then finally took him back, About ****************************************************************** for taking him for a walk! And tried to charge me again! When i finally got someone to remember I was not supposed to pay last time, they decided to do this one for free, but since it was on their dime they gave him no anesthesia! Just a muzzle! What vet starts at the highest dose of anesthesia and then goes down!??? Apparently this one, and I see licensing issues! You guys at the very least have awful customer service! ****, chastising, forgetful, uncommunicative, abusive to animals!
