      I purchased my arch supports over a year ago and have been so happy and free of pain. I have been able to walk solid for more than 5 hrs and could not have done that before. I was in tears my feet hurt so much. I don't go anywhere without them. yes they were a little costly but worth every *****, nickel, and dime. I would do it again.the personnel are very knowledgeable and courteous. I have told many people about good feet because I am so happy with my purchase.

      Took my wife there for her painful feet, the gentleman was very professional until it came down to the price. I was figuring about ******* dollars,,,,, wow, the cheapest is *******??? Way over priced for about ***** dollars for a piece of plastic. Get the free analysis then got to ******* or a show store and get the supports, less than 30 dollars.The place is a racket to try to keep you coming back to spend more outrageous amounts of money

      I went Good feet because I walked on the outside of my feet and wearing down the outside of my shoes. That cause me to fall on my walks. I went back twice because the inserts hurt my feet. I have had them over a year and unlike I was assure by the salesman, they did NOT correct the problem I paid $1500.00 for the inserts. In fact, Every time I wear them on my 5 mile walks, my back hurts the entire time. When I remove them my back does NOT hurt. Their ZERO REFUND policy assures that you are stuck with them whether they help on not. Do NOT waste your money. They will say anything to get a sale!!!!

      First off the good feet program costs ******* with no return policy. They do promise more than they deliver. I wish I had read these reviews before I went to the store. I am elderly and on a fixed budget so this was a big expense for me. The insoles have not made my feet better as promised. They should offer some return policy. Any reputable company that stands behind their product should offer a return if not satisfied. They make a lot of promises and you expect a lot and then youre stuck. The salesman says no return due to health concerns. They just want your money. I do not recommend them and wish I had not gone to the store. They are a scam. A very expensive one. I received 5 pairs of insoles for *******. Crazy for plastic. ***************** Tx 8/2024

      I think this whole business is just a scam! They have no right to sell a three-step program for plantar fasciitis for the outrageous price of $1,600! I want my money back, as I did not use the product requested by my podiatrist. These people have no medical background, and only went along with the diagnosis without any medical training. They are a high-pressure sales team who pretends to know how to end your pain. For a $40.00 copay, I have an appointment with a real professional, and inserts and physical therapy all covered by my insurance company, I contacted corporate, and *************** who is the financial bank for Care Credit.

      I went to the Good Feet Store hoping that this would be a help for my feet situation. We spent over $1600.00 for this product. It was for 3 inserts, 1 pr of shoes, 3 pr socks & 3 insoles. The *************** cost $25 each, of which I only used I set. (They did not give us a choice of purchasing just 1 of each.) I went back twice for adjustments, which did not help my issue. In fact, they actually hurt my feet more by wearing them. (I tried wearing them a total of maybe 2 months, just to see if my feet would adjust.) I have arthritis & possibly neuropathy. I called the salesperson & explained this to him. He said I could not get a refund UNLESS I had a statement from a professional medical person saying they DO NOT recommend these for my feet. (Well who is going to do that unless they were the one who directed you to them in the first place, right?) Let me say that this has put us in a financial hardship to say the least. My husband is on *************** used our savings to purchase these in hopes they would help. I feel this place is doing wrong by customers to take their $$ for a product that is NOT a 100% sure thing for them. I WILL NOT recommend this business to ********** sure wished that I had read the reviews before going to them. I have never purchased anything as expensive as this before & not been able to return them because they did not work. The ONLY reason I left 1 star is because it wont let you submit without it.

      BE CAREFUL!! These inserts are NOT for everyone yet they tell you they are!! I have very specific issues with my feet as a result of surgeries. I specifically asked 3 times on my first visit if they are sure they can help me or not and please be honest. They weren't and I trashed $1400. I ended up having to go to a doctor who by the way charged me $450 for custom to my feet orthodics. This is bogus for anyone with real feet issues.

      I had joined the good feet store in ************** 3-4 months prior to my dads death last year. i wasnt expecting him to die.so when I found I found out **** died and social security wanted reduce my ssdi checks by $xx.i had immediately called customer service at ********************** corporate office to let them know this.not only did I call the corporate office but I went by the local good feet store on ******************* in ***********,** to show them the da** letter.good feet doesnt give a da** about peoples feelings when it comes to a death of a family member apparently wether or not they keep in contact that person.i loved my dad even though we never talked as often as I wanted to.I just wished he had told me certain things.now goodfeet wants me to pay at least$xxxx amount of money plus court fees when social security already cut my bigger check.***************************

      Spent 1700 for three inserts and a pair of running shoes. Lil relief first few days Three weeks ,can't lift me left leg very painful. Can hardly walk. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
