I ordered chocolate covered strawberries with floral arrangements. I upgraded to the Grand option because it appeared to have a dozen roses rather than a half a dozen. I also, paid extra for a vase. What was delivered instead were carnations that arrived in a box not even in the vase. Not only did the recipient not receive a beautiful floral arrangement of roses, it was ugly carnations that she even had to arrange in the vase herself. After contacting the establishment, the First **** I spoke to apologized and said we probably didnt have roses at the time but we just got a shipment in that contains that and offered to resend. However, since I found out a couple of days later what was sent because the recipient sent me pictures, I opted for a refund instead. That lady was helpful and assured me a refund would be no problem but for me to call in a couple of days to speak to the lady who handles that. I finally get a hold of that lady and she put me on hold to see what she can offer, then a man comes on the phone who was rude, unapologetic and had no professional/customer service skills. He later offered me a smoothie. I spent $106 in something I thought based on the website picture would be beautiful. If I had known it would be carnations and boxed up in two boxes to be arranged by the recipient I never would have ordered. Plus, carnations are probably about $12! After speaking with the guy the second time he put in my complaint with the corporate office who said would call me back. More than a month later, I have not received a call back or any kind of logical resolution. I would like a full refund.
