I placed an order in the morning for delivery to a new mom congratulating her on her new baby. They were delivered to her past midnight, and only after searching high & low for delivery. Not even sure where they were dropped off.The bouquet was disappointing at best. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.I paid $80 for about $5 worth of flowers and maybe a $2 vase. I also asked they include a balloon which was an extra $8, it was not even fully inflated, I guess you have to pay more for extra helium. You are better off finding a local florist that delivers to the hospital. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE QUALITY.Review from Amanda E

I ordered a flower arrangement same day delivery for my mother in law in hospital. It was not delivered that day. I called and they said they would send it next day. They arrived at 11pm that night and was not at all what I ordered. I paid $70 plus delivery which was about $15 so $85 dollars for a bouquet I could have picked up at ******* for $10. Trying to get my money back. Do not order from this company. In my opinion they are just thieves.Review from Vanessa C

I placed an order on 5/11/23 for my sister at the hospital. I called the phone number listed on the website to follow up and the phone was never answered. I need my money back this is fraud.Review from Laural H.

Picked an edible arrangement for same day delivery. I was called an hour later and was told they couldnt find the patients name. The issue was corrected quickly over the phone at 11:55 am. At 5 pm.. my order was not delivered. I emailed this company to check status. I received an email back saying due to the name issue that the order would be delivered tomorrow. This is terrible service. Cut off time is 1 pm for same day delivery in my time zone. I am highly upset. DO NOT order from this company!!!Review from Pat C

Ordered for next day delivery to hospital. Never arrived. Sent several emails and made several phone calls over the next couple of days when flowers did not arrive. A $51 arrangement with a $15 delivery fee somehow turned into $75. (More than I could afford). They answered a couple of emails and said the flowers would arrive, then said they would contact the florist. They stopped answering emails and never returned phone calls. Finally had charges reversed, likely because I disputed the charge through my cc. Horrible place, no customer service and bait and switch tactics. I would recommend going elsewhere to order a gift for someone in the hospital.Review from Deborah G

IF I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers from this site on Monday thinking it went to the local hospital shop. It does NOT. I picked and arrangement that was a part of there same day delivery options and paid fee for same day. Flowers did not show up on Monday as ordered. I reached out and received email back that it would go out next day, Tuesday. No delivery was made on Tuesday. I reached out again Wednesday morning and informed them recipient was being discharged that day from hospital delivery needed to be first thing that morning. They responded with delivery's are made in the afternoon. My friend is now being discharged on day three with no flowers that should have showed up on day one of her hospital stay. I have requested a refund and have not heard back yet.Review from Blaire O

Terrible! Ordered Items for a child for next day delivery. The patient was being discharged and the company told me I could not cancel as the order was en route, and they would redirect the delivery to their home. I called 4 TIMES looking for this order. Each time I was informed that the order was being delivered by days end. This place is a scam, does not send order updates or confirmations and prays on people who have loved ones in the hospital. Order arrived 3 days late and the only way that happened was by me contacting the florist where the order was rerouted directly. The most off putting part is that they are listed on the hospital website! STAY AWAY!
