I ordered an Meta - Quest 2 Advanced All-in-One Virtual Reality Headset - 128G for my sons graduation present on May 22. They told us we would receive something by email within 48hrs to pick up in store at the nearest Best Buy. After 48 hours we heard nothing so I called and spoke to someone that said everything was good to go with my verification process and should get an email anytime and that a female named ****** would call me back in five minutes with more details. I never received a call. We still have not received anything so when we called the second time we spoke a female named ******. She told us something completely different and that the problem was the verification process was the issue even though the guy before told me everything was good. We asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor told ** some different then the other two told ** and said the problem was that Best Buy didnt have it in store and that it would have to be shipped. He said that the item not being in stock is something only he could see and not the other people I spoke with which made no sense. He apologized for the issues and said that he would shipped it asap and said that he was lookin gat the shipping page and it would be here Friday (today) and that I should receive a shipping notification that night (Wednesday 5/24). Nothing has been reviewed by email and we still haven't got the product ordered. Every time we call its the same thing that they will get it to us or passing the phone to someone else with no solution.Business response

on 4/16 I placed an order # ****** and was approved. On 4/17 it said one of my items was ready for pickup. I havent gotten any information regarding the pickup to even go get the item. I have emailed several times and called . I have since order the items directly from apple and need the order cancelled out.Business response

I got approved to finance here at instant finance 24 and placed an order for a PS4 they took the payment out my account which was for $55.49 I was then told to send my i.d and a picture with me holding my i.d plus verity my banking information for them to shipped my item out. i called to make sure they received everything and they told me I was good to go to look out for an email for my tracking information. I never received my tracking information so I called them to check to see what was the hold up to only get the same answer they are waiting to receive my tracking information. ***** to call about 7 times to finally speak with someone and he told me he was expressing my items for 2 day shipping and I should be receiving my tracking number shortly. Never got my tracking information this place is a scam and they are getting over on people.Business response
