I booked a flight two times and purchased Alliantz travel insurance also two times.But I couldn't make the schedule flght. So I cancelled two bookings.But the problem happed here. I thought the travel insurance has to be cancelled automatically.Because there is no more travel to be covered. I checke my credit card account. The Alliantz travel insurance charge two times and never refuned me. See attached the screen capture.I contacted Alliantz through phone call, a customer service person told me those were refunded with a few days. But they didn't make a promise.I have no plan to fly in the future. So I want to return it back.Please arrange this matter. Thank you.Business response
