I purchased ********************************************* full up front. I received a total of 67 units. There has been one excuse after another as to why the remainder of the products have not been delivered. I finally asked for my money back if they can not complete the order. I never heard from the again. They do not answer *** call, texts, or emails.Initial Complaint

I attempted to contact the representative, ********************* via call on 12/29 and 12/30 and again via text on 12/30 inquiring about a $504 charge taken from my bank on 12/30 (N *TOPICAL BRANDING *********** CA 12/29 card ****). I had no idea what it was from as I had not been in contact with them since Jun 2021 when an order was placed but never received. I then called the number on the bank reference, left a message, ********* texted me back on 1/11/22 stating that it was from an order that I was not charged for. I NEVER received ANY products from them since our last communication. The text also said if I had any questions, to call "***", *** was given my number to reach out to me. I reply in a group text to both that same day stating that I had no idea what they were referring to, that I had left several message with *** and have texted her and NO REPLY. Also gave them my email to send information/invoice, delivery confirmation, tracking, anything to prove that it was sent/who received it, etc.- NO EMAIL received. Texted again on 1/12 notifying that I had not received the email. Texted on 1/13 notifying both that I have received no email and no call, message from ******* "...I have no idea why *** has not called..." I finally spoke with *** on 1/14 hoping to rectify things, I let it be known that things were being handled unprofessionally. It was apparently an order placed and supposedly shipped but NEVER RECEIVED. I asked for a refund of the $504. *** offered to show me some "new stuff" and she apologized, but I asked to please send a refund, I did not want anything new and I never received what I was charged for...6 months later. To this day I have not received any product. I have not received my refund. I am requesting that my $504 be refunded to me. called and spoke or left messages to ******* who is at the business number 1/3, 1/11, 1/12, 1/13, 1/14 called and left message to *** 12/29, 12/30, 1/11 - she returned the call on 1/14
