If I can use 0 stars I would... I switched my debit card on file with a new one and they started charging both accounts for one service The card I removed isnt on file any more doesnt show when I log into the app so they are storing personal information people are attempting to delete.. once I found out they were charging both accounts I locked my cards so they couldnt charge it and when one account declined I was getting notifications they attempted to used my other account when I did not authorize them to I replaced my debit card and deleted the other how are you able to run my other information when it doesnt show up as an option on the app I reached out to let them know I didnt authorize them to run the account I removed they told me because my other account declined they ran the other I explained I dont care I removed my other account it should not be an option to even run its not right they are charging a card I removed my card declined because they are randomly running it multiple time on both accounts so I keep them locked now Do not use this company

Do not use them!! Would give them 0 star if available. I CANCELLED first cut and future service within time period that was given and was still cut and charged. They did not cut the entire yard, Thankful my bank reversed the charge. Then they do second cut (again not entire yard) when I advised them service cancelled and was still charged. Thanks bank again. Have tried to contact them by email and phone. Now receiving text message , they sending to collections-oh well. This lawn service is a fraud, liars - DO NOT trust them for your lawn service!

I signed up with Lawn Love. This company is nothing but scammers and liars. They told me I needed to sign up for three cuts. Never once told me about a long grass fee. The guy comes to cut my yard even looks at my backyard and tells me that it looks good. Its not long. Then I get an email later that day saying that grass had been applied to my account. First of all, they told me that my Total monthly would be $45. Then the email said the long grass fee was an extra $24.50. I just got my bank alert in my phone and they charged my card $82.80. Do not use this company. They are scammers, liars, and frauds.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! The person who came to mow my lawn did not finish, said they would be back because the edger blade broke, never heard back. Left the mowed grass all over my back patio windows and furniture and did not weed eat or edge on a basic lawn mowing job. They have held us hostage and said we cannot cancel or terminate the job. Told us we had to wait 24 hrs to hear back and that doesn't even mean they will be back by then. I have never worked with a more horrible company.

Terrible business!! Do not trust them!! Tried to cancel and they came anyways!! They find one blade of grass over 9 inches they charge you double!! Be advised stay away!! Would give 0 ..but can't!!

Youd be better off with a teenaged doing your yard. I called to cancel off of my services with them on August 3. Surprise! On Sept 9 they charged me because they didnt cancel the flower bed wedding which was never set to monthly and should have been cancelled in August. The first yard contractor cancelled my appointment over 5 times which is why I cancelled the whole service with Lawn fake Love.

If I can give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend found them when he was looking for lawn service in the area of *******, KS and there was a deal with ********* going on, so he signed us up for them. We did a bi-weekly plan with lawn treatment. The first ****** that was supposed to come on July 31st fell through, so they sent another ****** the following day. This guy was nice but missed so many spots when it came to weed eating. Then we had the lawn treatment done and we thought we were done until our next cut. Without notifying us, they sent a "clean-up crew" and charged another $100 plus for their work and said there were 22 in tall weeds. Where in our yard were there 22-inch-tall weeds when the lawn was cut about a week ago? If they're talking about the weeds along another neighbor's fence that's pass our property, that's on them. When we called them to get an answer as to why that happened, they gave us the run around and never called us back. So, I would never recommend Lawn Love to anyone.

Worse company. They charge me for a job their pro never did. I contacted them for a quote and they say they need to come and see the property to make an assessment, they went over prices and plans. They say I need to create an account with my payment information but I will no be charge. We schedule an assetment visit but I call them three days in advance to cancel and I spoke to a rep to cancel that. Their guys still showed up, they pick couple of branches (2 branches that we had cut) when my husband came out of the house and told them we had cancel their visit three days ago. They apologized and left. Later they charge my account $153.52 for leaf-lifting services. I told them I never request any services, we had an appointment for an assetment but I cancel that and they say they have pictures of the job done. This company lies and is not a service company, is a scam company with no interest in keeping customer but tske their money.

I searched for lawn care in the **************** area. Lawn love came up. I answered all questions about the job, etc. I filled in my name, address, email, phone. A page came up with some "pros" to click on. The first one I clicked didn't do the type of work I wanted. The next one did. We set up a time and he came over and did the job. I used the same LAWN LOVE contact site to message with this guy. The following two weeks he did not show up. I waited an hour each time. After he gave me an excuse the first time, I believed him and set up a 2nd time. Again I waited an hour, no show. So I went back to the same LAWNLOVE email to see messages. The site no longer existed. So I called the company. They said I didn't have an account which is odd because I saved the password on my notepad. I tried signing in and kept getting that enjoyable message that email and password didn't match. So after re-trying, I tried, " forgot password". It said it sent me an email to reset password. I went to the email and it said to click to reset password. I did this. It sent me back to the sign in page for which I could not sign in. I did this several times. On the phone I was told they could not find anything pertaining to this job. I told them the name of the " pro". They could not find him. They said they have MANY PROS. I said how do I know if this guy is a serial killer if you can't even find him after I hired him from your site. They just kept telling me I didn't have an account. I offered to forward to them, the LAWN LOVE contact page from which I was communicating with the serial killer, oops, I mean pro. They didn't want to see it. So I wasted two hours waiting for the pro, and at least an hour on the phone with a company who could not locate a person hired from their site. I will never use them again. I should get reimbursed my chemist pay for 3 hours wasted.
