Applicant request to cancel by email in which we replied and proceeded with the cancellation. The initial payment was an authorization hold which was voided upon cancellation. Authorization hold releases typically 1-3 business days based on bank's credit policy.Initial Complaint

118 was held on my cash app card for a lease down payment.The system says it will verify my information with bank, cash app has stated no inquiry- digital or otherwise has been requested on my card or account. Their website says it accepts pre-paid card. This has been almost 14 days.I would like my funds released.NO ONE answers the phone, emails, or customer support form.They seem to be a scam and fraud.Business response

Hello,
The authorization amount for $118 was placed on hold while the applicant finished completing their application. The amount in question has been released and the funds should appear back within 1-3 business days. The application has been withdrawn as well.
