I called the company for maintenance on company surgical machines. Upon receiving an invoice I paid via check. One month after sending the check out they called and stated they had not received the check. I paid over the phone and was informed if the check was received they would void it as a duplicate payment because invoice is shown as paid. They received the check and cashed the check. I called and spoke with a ********************************* who stated she would have the refund processed but it would have to go through management, *************************. It has been over 3 months and I have not heard back from ******* or *****. Every time I call both are out of the office. To date I have received no response and no refund. When I call to speak with senior staff I am told they can take a message and have someone call me back, I never receive a call back.
