      I had two charges on my debit card for $5.95 on 9/3 conf# *********** then a charge for $79.95 conf# *********** on 9/9 that I did not authorize. I called ************ talked with *** she stated there is a non refund policy but I did not do any of this. This is fraud and someone used my information. The *** was very rude and did not speak good English even though I chose to speak to english.

      Date of transactions 6/2/2024 amount of 7.99 6/5/2024 amount of ***** the ***** is a monthly premium card to my card. This was a tool promotion they said it was with the Lowes store. This was not through Lowes and I have been receiving many fraudulent emails about this.They said the company is Consumer Direct Savings. On my banking account it says from ***Phone # ************ PLease let me know what we can do to stop these types of scams.

      I did a survey and was told that in return I would get a free Makita drill set and all I had to pay was $7.95 for shipping and handling. When I gave my card number I got a screen that said "Good Luck" which I knew right away I'm probably being scammed. I also received a confirmation email from a company called "Gadget Grabz" with that confirmation number. A few days later my card was charged $79.95 from the same source. I replied to the email asking for a tracking number and 2.weeks later got a phone number to call so I did. I was told the $7.95 was for entering a contest for the drill and that the $79.95 was my subscription to "Consumer Direct Savings" my cancellation confirmation number is KC021.... Imagine that. And the best part is I'm experiencing identity theft and it's costing me a fortune. I'm 66 and on a fixed income and can't afford food this month! Thanks whoever you are! Obviously they are still in business!

      I fell for a stupid email about winning some tools. I authorized 5.99 for shipping. When I checked my credit card, they had taken an extra ***** I did not authorize. OK, I screwed up. They can have the 5.99...I want the ***** back. I called them and was told NO REFUNDS>but they would close the account. I had no idea I was being scammed. The total is *****.

      On 11-24-23 I took a survey and after finishing it it said I won a free iPad just pay shipping and handling of ****. So I did with my bank card. On 11-29-23 there was a charge for ***** from the same company(Absolutely Advanced)(Phone # ************). I called and explained I never ok'ed this transaction. They said it did not matter and closed the account. I said what account? Told them to replace my money if they can close my account. He refused and told me the company was Consumer Direct Savings Store, and gave me the reference #KC021. I will take blame for the **** but the other is way out of my control. Had no clue about it. I got ahold of my bank canceled card. But I am out *****. I am sick over me being stupid. Maybe you guys can get somewhere with it I don't want others to get caught ** in it. It really sucks! Thank you *********************

I spoke with customer service and received a $100.00 gift card with a website being consumerdirectsavingstore and a confirmation # kc021. The site does not load I want my ***** returned

      On 10/20/23 i completed a survey that popped up on a game i was playing named wordscape.as an incentive to take the survey they offered a free gift i chose a LeCreuset cookware set and agreed to pay $**** thinking it was going towards shipping and handling on 10/24/23 ***** was taken out of my account both transactions were by *******************. I reached out to them on 10/30/23and have not heard anything as of yet, i do not know why the ***** was taken out i only agreed to ****. I am not sure what I got myself involved in, not sure why I haven't heard back, if this is not some sort of scam and they have or intend to ship the product I would like the tracking number for it,and will agree to pay the ***** for quick resolution and end any future involvement with this company
